In February 2017, we launched a new type of equipment on sale: installation for the transportation of packets of sawn timber EPH-3 PT-1100 With a width of reduced 1100 mm on the basis of the hydraulic trolley. In 2018, we equipped this installation with a modern EPH-3.gant electric copier with a leading asterisk and 3/8 chain, which made it possible to increase productivity and resistance to solid wood rocks. Another advantage of the installation is its versatility: if necessary, the saw node can be turned into a hand-held EPH-3 tool with any bus length from 50 to 110 cm.

For more accurate package sizes, the tracing unit may be optionally equipped with Bilateral stabilization system Tires and frames relative to the package. She looks like this:

This option is launched in production from August 2018.

Packing gray frame and vertical guide tires from the opposite side are fixed by self-drawing on the package, ensuring accuracy of the resulting size. In the process of sawing the roller, attached at the end of the tire moves along a given trajectory.

2. Package ending with EPH-3.PT-1200. Since the roller reduces the useful length of the tire by 9-10 cm, we can set the ending unit with tires 120 cm to heat the package of 110 cm. This installation already includes a bilateral stabilization system.

Due to the rigid vertical bed and high speed chain, high accuracy of the cut is achieved. Here are cut "pancakes" with a thickness of only three mm on all 18 logs lying in a pack.

Principle of operation

A stack with a lumber loader is installed on a floor transporter. On the outdoor conveyor, the lumber package moves to the disbanding device. The oavenger is a system of lifting pods with simultaneous tipping of the stack and layer-by-layer gravitational discharge of sawn timber on the receiving chain conveyor. The conveyor takes a layer of blanks from the stack and resets the blanks on the inclined conveyor (slide).
A ribbon conveyor for receiving interlayer gaskets falling from the stack can be additionally installed between the gluculating device and the receiving conveyor.
From the slide, the products are individually fed to the passing ending machine, which produces orientation and ending the workpiece. According to the chain conveyor, the unfolded products are transmitted to the stacking device, where a layer of blanks is formed by the patch accumulation of a number of boards into the shield. The resulting shield on the retractable guides lays the sawn timber layer to lowered stacking forging forks.
Depending on the configuration, the stacker can be equipped with an interlayer rackeeper mechanism.
A formed package with a sawn timber is descended to a discharge floor conveyor, which displays a ready-made stack from the zone of stacking forms and moves the products to the place of unloading.

Batch ending machines are designed for pre-trimming of packets of sawn timber, hill in sawmills, loading terminals, handling workshops and sections of sawn drying. Also, batch ending machines are often used for trimming and breaking round log diameter up to 1500mm.

Constructive features and benefits of batch ending machines

Batch ending machines are divided into two types:

  • Stationary package tracing machines;
  • Mobile tracing machines.

Stationary machines have the following advantages:

  • High accuracy of cut due to fixing the saw bus on both sides;
  • Massive desktop excluding vibration during operation;
  • The variative length of the desktop, thereby increasing the performance and efficiency of the ending machine.

Mobile tracing machines have the following advantages:

  • Do not require a specially prepared foundation;
  • They have a wheel platform and small dimensions, which allows them to be used on loading terminals and easily moved by production.

Both types of machines have high performance. The reserve speed reaches up to 2.5m2 per minute.

Batch ending machines have low cost and simple design. Highly qualified staff is required to work on the machine.
