Ten months ago, my husband and I became the happy owners of a wonderful four-bedroom apartment in the old Fund, 91.3 m2. But dreams of candy, returned me to the place. In addition to all this, the whole process of dismantling to us with her husband was to do together !!

Tons of garbage were taken, dozens of pairs of gloves were exported, stuck and smeared with greenflash, not one wound, obtained from sharp and insidious nails in the walls ...

And the apartment was exposed to the foundation. And what we got as a result of dismantling: Wall curves with a drop of 4-5 cm, and even more in some places. The terrible plates of overlapping on the floor with the influx of the old solution, with the slits between them 5 cm, with holes and potholes. In the same condition was the ceiling. No geometry. Pipes and wiring is also in poor condition, everything is under the replacement.

We gained strength, patience and, if possible, the means ... and turned to repair. Now our sweetie was waiting for a new wrapper and delicious filling.
