Ingredients:

  • Flour - 2.5 cups.
  • 1 egg.
  • 1 pack of margarine.
  • 0.5 spoons of tea salt.
  • 0.5 cups cold water.
  • Apples.

Sift and mix two and a half cups of flour with one teaspoon and half a teaspoon of salt. Add a stick of margarine.

Using a large fork, mash the margarine into the dry ingredients. Add 1 egg to cold water and stir with a fork. Pour this mixture into the dough and stir. The water must be cold because the margarine must remain solid.

Place the dough in a plastic bag and knead until it becomes smooth. Divide it into two parts. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

Take the second piece of dough and repeat the previous step to create a layer for the top of the pie. Cover your dessert with it and form both halves of the dough. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.

Pour the mixture into the pan over the pressed crumbs and bake for 40-45 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the remaining sugar, sour cream and vanilla extract. Pour over hot cheesecake and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes. Cool slightly directly in the pan, then refrigerate. This will take no less than 4 hours. Arrange the cherries on the surface of the pie before serving.
