The main thing is to observe all the proportions of the body at the first stage. To make it easier, let's draw three circles with a slight bend. The upper circle (head) is much smaller than the others. Draw a smooth curved line in the center of the lower arc of the third circle (we will use it to define the tail bend).
We outline the chin and the initial strands of hair. Try to paint your hair lush and beautiful. After all, our undine is in the water and a lush shock should be distributed around the head and shoulders.
