In wooden architecture, gates were given special importance. Here you can see the origins of the distant past of purely folk art, especially rich and unique in the North and Siberia. Siberian wooden architecture had many distinctive features, and the wooden gates of rural areas and cities are especially interesting and make one involuntarily talk about themselves not only in terms of the need for aesthetic feeling, but also about their economic justification in the life of the Siberian population. The gate, like the entire appearance of the building, strictly follows a certain construction canon, which changes only due to the special influences of the era.
