Paint dries quickly enough, so you can consider the work done. However, I decided to tint it with gel markers. They very quickly dry on the surface of the paper and acrylic paint, but not on the foil. This we use. I applied arbitrary strokes and crushed them with my finger, removing excess with a napkin. Now it remains to break the hole in the tag. That's all!

So that the thin foil becomes more densely, it is possible to move it slightly until the appearance of small folds and impose on more volumetric items, - then when it is embossed, it will not break through. Clear detailing can "suffer", however, it is not only no important to create many objects, but also serves as an additional decor.
I will not be alone and I will give a small example using the already well-known billet of buttons.
