The house has dimensions: height - 74 cm, width - 50 cm, depth - 30 cm.

Assembling toy house

When all parts are ready, proceed to the assembly, starting with the fastening of the partitions to the shelves.

Each is screwed up three self-testers, after drilling the guide holes, taking into account the location of some partitions over each other.

After assembling the entire design of the house of 3-mm plywood, the rear wall is cut (Fig. 4) and nailed with small shoe nails to the back edges of partitions and shelves, fasten the roof.

At the assembly stage, some difficulties may arise due to the fact that the details are slightly different from each other, and the untreated Phaneur "leads a little."

To solve the problem, you need to unscrew one of the lower partitions without parsing.

Due to this, it gets an additional degree of freedom, and the side wall is easily screwed. After that, the partition is adjusted at the place (or new is manufactured). Although its dimensions differ little from the size of other partitions, but the design is already assembled without tension.

Assembling stairs in a puppet house

Stairs (Fig. 5) I had to make a set. First, from long trimming of 8-mm plywood, I chopped a 20 mm wide disk saw, and then revealed them to the testers and steps. A large number of identical steps has been labized with a simple device (Fig. 6).

Collected the stairs as follows. Putting one theater to the workbench, at some distance from ends, he put two steps as an approach, put the second theater on top, and then such an assembly of the stairs pulled the clamp. After that, he took the first (upper) step for the stairs and, missing her ends with glue, placed it between the growths in the right position, recorded cloves. After removing the clamp and rejecting the spacer, I installed the lowest stage, following the parallel the taper. In the area of \u200b\u200bthe bottom stage, again put the clamps and pulled the stairs. After that, stages found all the steps - from the top to the bottom. When installing, setting a step, as a spacer used an excessive stage without glue, since the distance between the steps is equal to the thickness of the steps itself. Constantly monitored the installation angle of steps so that the staircase does not accumulate an error by the end of the assembly.

Balcony fencing in a toy house

The fencing of the balcony consists of three identical sections in the design (Fig. 7). For its manufacture, they needed rails with a cross section of 10 x 10 mm and round sticks 0 6 mm for balusin. Cutting a pair of decks for sections and brought to them the deaf holes for balasins, each section was collected first to check for verification.

After that, in each hole of the same rail, the glue hit a drop and inserted bales-balusters. In each hole, the second rail also naked glue droplets, and it was sitting on the sticks inserted into the first rack. While the glue did not grab, the design leveled, put between two flat sheets of plywood and pulled the clamp to eliminate the possible screw skeur of the fence to dry the glue.

Council

In the manufacture of the fencing of the balcony of the hole in the rails must be coaxial, it is desirable to drill a drill fixed in the rack, and a tree drill. A slightly larger diameter of the holes compared with the diameter of the Balyasin will allow them to fit correctly in case of violation of the alignment of holes. The depth of the holes should be sufficient so that the balusters do not rest in their bottom.

Lighting a puppet house is also with your own hands

The lighting is made using 10 LEDs in the rooms and on the houses of the house. LEDs are powered by a network adapter with an output voltage of 5 V and a maximum current of 0.5 A. The total current consumption of all LEDs is 0.35 A.

The light is turned on using the togglers located on the right side wall of the house. From the inside of the house, smoking contacts of the togglers are closed with a removable casing, screwed screws. The casing is a plywood plate of 247 x 200 x 3 mm with a 200 x 20 x 8 mm glued along the edges.

LEDs with subfolded conductors can be pasted into the holes drilled in the walls of the rooms under the ceiling or attached by glue directly on the ceiling. Wires are removed through the holes in the rear wall to the corresponding togglers.

To fix the LEDs and wires, I applied cyanoacrylate glue. Wires used in PVC isolation. The ends of the wires were marked with a tester and saw appropriately (Fig. 8).
