It is necessary to completely disassemble the problem area, remove the sofa upholstery, filler, separate the elements of the sofa frame. The sofa upholstery is removed in two steps: 1) pry off all the staples with a screwdriver, 2) pull out the staples using side cutters or pliers. The sofa upholstery has been removed. The inner filling is taken out - the spring block (mark with a marker on the frame the place where it stood so as not to move it back during installation), foam rubber, etc. We disassemble the sofa frame, you need to carefully separate all the elements of the sofa frame from each other, removing all the nails and staples. Repair or replace?

I had to start to decide: "Why is something creaking at all?"
Creaks when rubbing. This means that two surfaces are needed to squeak. To be more precise, it squeaks when the friction force between the surfaces is very high and does not allow them to slide over one another. In this case, if the displacement effect (force) is greater than the frictional force, then spasmodic displacement of surfaces under the influence of this force. And several times (not less than 10s or hundreds of Hertz, and maybe more - did not check). And this is what we hear as a creak.
Hence the methods of dealing with squeak follow:
- Reduce friction
- Prevent surface displacement
- ... maybe someone else will suggest something (for example, to separate the creaking surfaces altogether ... = disassemble the sofa (and throw it away 🙂)
1. Reduce friction
a) Lubricants
- Liquid lubricants, for example, machine oil or some kind of grease ... The problem will be solved unequivocally, the apartment will stink (=> not suitable for us).
- Powdery smears(e.g. talcum powder). You can try, but for this you will need to disassemble the sofa, and this is troublesome. And yet - talcum powder is dangerous for the lungs - so it's better not to mess with it.
- Gaskets(from suitable substances, for example, fluoroplastic). In order to lay them, you will also need to disassemble the sofa.
b) Replacement of parts for parts from a different material (for us it is not acceptable - this is only for production (for factories))
2. Prevent surface displacement
Well, it's simple: a bunch of options for firmly fastening frame parts to each other: from different adhesives, nails and screws to ridiculous ones, for example, clamps ..)
We are not funny. We will choose the screws.
In the afternoon, I turned the sofa over, looked at it from the inside. The frame of the sofa is assembled from pine blocks. Corner (and additional in the middle) connections of the bars: a groove (socket) - into a flat solid tenon (into an eyelet).
The connection itself is secured by a round plug-in tenon. And that's it! I didn't find any traces of glue! 
A sheet of plywood is placed on top of the frame. It is attached to the frame with metal brackets (wow!), And then on top is a mattress with upholstery, which is fixed to the frame with metal brackets.
The three large parts (on which we are lying) are held together by steel hinges.
Let's get started.
I remove the old screws in the hinges and replace them with new ones. It was not so easy to unscrew the old ones. Some went fine, and some that were not screwed to the end were hammered in with a hammer during assembly, almost all of these screws were bent (!!! from a blow) and to unscrew them, one had to use ingenuity. A couple of them broke, but this did not interfere with the case, as they were screwed sloppily at a "terrible" angle, so the new screws went in correctly. It is very helpful to fill in the old holes with wood before installing new screws. I used matches (no heads !!!), two or three pieces per hole - the mount will be stronger. Unscrewing old, sloppily screwed in screws, I thought: “ Here are the first results of using cheap labor in Russia ... And they also make repairs to someone ... And somewhere ... What will happen next?«
Replaced screws. 
I turned the sofa over to its normal position, rolled on it. Creak less(about half), but still creaked.
Small success gave enthusiasm ...
I screwed the screws into the corners of the frame joints. He put the sofa down.
The sofa almost stopped creaking, but it creaked a little. It remained to screw the plywood sheets, which were placed on the frame. But to get to their surface, it would be necessary to remove the upholstery, and this is painstaking and long work. There was only an hour. The work has been curtailed. It was enough that squeak has decreased significantly.
The frame of the sofa was made of pine. And there is a lot of pine resin (especially in winter rings). Resin is almost like rosin (it is obtained from resin) - Remember? - they rub a violin bow with it - to make it better ... "creak". Maybe then you shouldn't make pine furniture? There are plenty of pine trees in Russia, it's cheap ... and everything is made of it. Need to come up with something.
