I improved it a little more taking into account the information found on the Internet. In the original, the butter needs to be melted, but it's even better to just soften it: then the waffles do not stick to the waffle iron.

To prevent the waffles from sticking to the waffle iron, add 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil. I did this after the 2nd waffle: the first two things had to be separated from the surface of the waffle iron with a knife, but after adding butter, the waffles were perfectly removed, and there was no need to grease the waffle iron every time. One time before the first waffle was enough.

My parents gave me the waffle iron. Once upon a time delicious waffles were baked in it, and then they were not used for a long time. Found her while cleaning up the garage. We hold it a little, and then you can let go, and let it bake. One waffle is baked from 20-30 seconds to 1.5-3 minutes, depending on the power and settings of your waffle iron. If your chicken eggs are large (the weight of an egg with shell is more than 70 g), then take 4 of them. If the eggs are medium or small - 5 pcs.

A glass of flour;

Bank of condensed milk;

A pack (200 grams) of butter;

0.3 tsp soda;

A couple of eggs.

Five eggs;

500 grams of flour;

200 grams of sugar;

Combine melted butter with sugar and grind, add eggs, mix well. If desired, you can speed up the process by whipping the contents with a blender. Add starch to the dough. It will give our waffles a characteristic crunch and sandiness. Then add flour. Mix well or beat with a blender. The consistency of the dough should turn out to be thin, resembling sour cream in similarity.

Now we are ready for the most important stage, we will bake the waffles. By this time, our dough is ready, the waffle iron is warmed up. Pour 1 tbsp into the waffle iron. l. test. We bake until golden brown; if desired, they can be eaten with jam, honey or condensed milk.

7. WAFFLES ON MILK

INGREDIENTS:
● 0.5 l of milk
● 1/2 pack of margarine
● 1 egg
● 250 g of sugar (I take less - about 200 g)
● vanillin
● Melt margarine.

COOKING:
Add egg, sugar, vanillin, mix with a mixer. Then there is a trick: to make the dough without lumps, I first add flour and stir, and then add milk a little bit.
If the dough becomes liquid - again flour, diluted with milk. And so, until about 0.5 liters of milk are consumed. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream (but not a rustic one, where the spoon is).

8. Waffles on condensed milk

INGREDIENTS:
● margarine 200 g;
● condensed milk 1 can;
● eggs 2 pcs;
● starch 1 cup;
● flour 1 glass;
● soda (1/3 tsp), slaked with vinegar.

COOKING:
Mash the margarine, mix all the ingredients, the dough should not be liquid. Put a little dough on the base of the waffle iron, make sure that the waffles do not burn. Before the first waffle, grease the waffle iron (both surfaces), then no butter is needed. So that the waffles are the same color, I follow the clock with a second hand. As soon as the waffle is ready, I roll it up with a tube. Tried different recipes, but I didn’t like it, if you didn’t eat it at once, the waffles became soft, and these remained crispy for a long time.

9. WAFFLES WITH SOUR CREAM

INGREDIENTS:
● Eggs - 5 pcs.
● Sugar - 5 tbsp. l
● Butter - 1 tbsp. l
● Sour cream - 1/2 cup
● Flour - 1 glass

COOKING:
Separate the whites from the yolks and refrigerate. Grind the yolks with sugar until they are white, add melted butter (not hot), sour cream to them; mix, add flour and stir well until smooth. Add chilled whites, whipped into a thick foam, and gently mix from top to bottom.

10. CREAM WAFFLES

INGREDIENTS:
● butter - 125 g
● sugar - 3-4 tbsp. spoons
● flour - 1/2 cup
● eggs - 4 pcs.
● cream - 4 tbsp. spoons
● water - 1 glass
● vanilla sugar - to taste

COOKING:
Mix the softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks.
Beat egg yolks with salt into a homogeneous mass and transfer to softened butter with sugar.
Beat the resulting mass with a mixer until foamy. Mix the sifted flour with baking soda and a little water.

Then transfer to the egg-oil mixture and mix everything thoroughly. Then pour in the remaining water, cream and stir until smooth. Beat the cooled egg whites into a fluffy foam, carefully add into the dough and gently stir with a wooden spatula. Fry the waffles in a heated electric waffle iron for 2 -5 minutes.
