Remove the finished wafer with a spatula and quickly roll it up with a tube or horn. The finished straws can simply be sprinkled with powdered sugar.

You can fill with any cream - custard, butter, protein, boiled condensed milk, jam, jam, jam.

This is the kind of dough we get. Slightly thinner than for pancakes.

Lightly grease the form with vegetable oil. Slightly, slightly, and only once. We won't need it further.

We bake each waffle for two minutes. To do this, we collect the dough in a tablespoon and quickly pour it onto the lower surface of the waffle iron. Cover with the top. You do not need to distribute the dough over the surface, it will spread itself when you press down with the lid of the electric waffle iron.

The waffles should be rolled up while still hot.
