Do-it-yourself pouf made of chipboard. Soft pouf box for the nursery

It is very practical to have a round ottoman in home interior... You can make such an ottoman with your own hands, but you will need a special tool. The manufacturer is not responsible for the quality of the work.

For the production of an ottoman you will need materials:

  • Chipboard or plywood in sizes 16, 18 mm;
  • Wooden pine beams 20 × 40 mm, but other sizes are possible;
  • Self-tapping screws 45 mm long, they fit best in size;
  • Fiberboard 3.2 mm, you can also 2.5;
  • Foam rubber 40 mm, 1 mm: density 25;
  • Sintepon 10 mm, possibly thinner;
  • Leatherette (eco-leather), or fabric, natural leather;
  • Non-woven;
  • Odorless glue;
  • Threads;
  • Staples or nails.

After preparing the materials, we start the production of the ottoman

  1. First, cut out the bottom of the pouf. To do this, take two halves of the chipboard, connect and cut out two circles. The seat is ready.
  2. To make the legs, we cut the pine log into a length of 45 cm, 7 pieces.
  3. On two circles, evenly mark the places for attaching 7 beams. We drill 2 holes for one bar. With self-tapping screws, 45 mm long, we connect the legs with the circles.
  4. A small frame came out.
  5. We cut the fibreboard into 2 parts according to the height of the ottoman.
  6. The slab is fastened with 16 mm staples along the beams, as well as along the bottom and top around in a circle.
  7. The frame is ready. We begin to upholster the ottoman.
  8. First, we spread the top of the pouf with ALIMP glue. ECO glue ”and glue the foam rubber 4 cm thick. After that we grease the sides and glue the foam rubber 1 cm thick.
  9. Further, the entire soft surface is sealed with padding polyester.
  10. From leatherette, we cut out the upper part of the pouf according to the size of the chipboard, as well as the sides and sew on a sewing machine.
  11. Pull the finished upholstery over the pouf. The bottom is secured with a staple gun.
  12. We cover the bottom of the pouf with non-woven fabric.
  13. We fix the plastic legs with a screwdriver and wood screws 3 cm in size.

We cut out the chipboard to the desired diameter. The timber of the required height, depending on the required height of the pouf.

We upholstery fiberboard around the perimeter.

To align the folds on the upholstery material, we use a synthetic winterizer.

Apply with a spray gun or simply by hand.

Foam rubber top thickness - 4 cm

We put on the cover and hammer with a stapler or nails.

We fasten the plastic legs.

The round pouf is ready.

The ottoman replaces the stool in the living rooms and reception rooms, because aesthetically better in harmony with the body and upholstered furniture... He is of oriental origin, from harem effeminacy and laziness. The furniture makers of the sultans and caliphs invented a chaise longue for the odalisques, on the left in Fig. In more energetic and cramped Europe, the backrest was removed from it and the seat was reduced, having received a banquet on the right. However, European grandees and cocottes certainly wanted at least a small, but one-man boudoir, and by compacting the bench was transformed into a pouf - a soft seat without a back, in terms of round, square or other shape, 40-60 cm high and the same in diameter.

Along the way, about the reasons for eastern ingenuity

Such a piece of furniture as a chaise longue could have been invented only in the East. According to the local concepts, a person is the more solid, the more he is lying around idle, and businesslike concern is the vanity of vanities. For example, here's a joke. Two “new” Uzbeks are talking: “You know, Rakhimbai, I have everything. There is wealth, there is a manor, there are servants-nukers, there is a harem. But, Rakhimbai, I would like to become a snake! " - “Wai, wai, wai, Pulat-bek! What are you saying? Such a respectable, worthy person - and wants to become some kind of disgusting reptile! Why do you need this, Pulat-bek? " - “But think about it yourself, Rakhimbai! After all, she walks lying down! "

What is where to do?

Making a pouf with your own hands is easy; some types, see below, do not require woodwork at all, cutting and sewing are enough. And if the carpentry is needed, but simple and in a small volume, quite feasible in a city apartment. It makes sense to take on work all the more since store prices, as they say, are two rounds ahead of the actual labor, material consumption and technological complexity of products. The reason is simple: trade classifiers classify puffs, along with their aforementioned relatives, as luxury goods, for which there is no limit to the wrapping up.

Just do not immediately look for the sample you like and grab the tool. There are many types of poufs, but we need to make an ottoman for a particular room. In the course of their evolution, poufs have been highly specialized and almost every type of them is adapted to the conditions in a room for a specific purpose.

Classic frame pouf with legs, pos. 1 in Fig., Is placed in rooms with hard flooring. If flooring soft, then you need a soft ottoman, pos. 2. Its bottom will not rub against the carpet, rug or carpet, and the legs, which are not there, will not leave dents on it. Ottoman (by the way, couches are often also called ottmans), pos. 3, can be made for any gender, because if there are legs, they will be covered with a fringe. What, in fact, is the ottoman and differs from the pouf as such, excluding the oriental decor.

Very durable and comfortable Moroccan, or Moorish, pouf, pos. 4. It can also be made on a frame or one-piece, with or without legs. Unfortunately, it is beyond the scope of this publication to describe this highly aesthetic yet complex product. And in the bedroom with luxurious curtains, the last point of the interior design will be a soft ottoman with puffs, or pouf-pouf, pos. 5.

In service and reception rooms, the interior is usually laconic, but people go there in shoes from the street. In addition, hallways, halls and common areas are planned on a leftover basis and do not suffer from an excess of space, there are a lot of little things in everyday life. A square pouf-box on legs with wheels, pos. 6, or pouf-pedestal, pos. 7. The difference between them, in addition to finishing the sidewalls, is very significant, see below about poufs for the hallway.

Note: lovers also make poufs sometimes from the most unexpected materials that do not fit into any classification. One of the most successful examples will be discussed below.

Wireframe

The frames of classic poufs are complete and incomplete. Incomplete - just a wooden bottom with legs, on which a soft pouf is hoisted and attached to it; in fact, it is a soft stool with a thick seat on low legs .. Its disadvantage is an awkward landing and a not very overweight guest can rip off the entire top, so classic poufs are made more often on a volumetric frame of a pair of identical horizontal boards / slabs - pouf tsars - serving as a support the seat and the entire pouf on the floor, connected by spacers made of timber, pipes, etc., or a solid sidewall - a shell made of a sufficiently strong material.

Note: if the soft padding of the pouf, see below, is made of foam rubber from 40 mm, then the gaps between the spacers should not be wider than its double thickness. If the foam is thinner, then a one-piece shell is desirable.

Lovers on the frames of poufs let anything strong enough: container boxes, coils from under an electric wire or rope, buckets, etc., etc. However, it turns out to be cheaper and simpler, and having very high performance characteristics, an ottoman made of plastic bottles... It is elementary to make its base: a package (assembly) of bottles of the same height is wrapped with tape, and tsars, which can even be made of cardboard, are attached to it with tape, on the left in Fig.

Then - covering with soft, on the right, sheathing, etc., see below. There is only one trick: if the drawers are made of cardboard, in the finished pouf the bottles should be oriented with their necks down, so the loads will more evenly fall on the weak material.

Step by step, the frame pouf is done as follows:

  1. The frame is prepared in one way or another, see above and below;
  2. They wrap it along the shell with foam rubber on PVA glue and with the same glue stick the foam rubber on the upper side. Thickness of upholstered casing on the side from 20 mm, on the seat - from 60 mm;
  3. Cover the trim with padding polyester or batting, attaching it to the lower side furniture stapler;
  4. The inner (holding) cover is sewn from a strong rigid technical fabric (tarpaulin, canvas, matting) with an allowance for processing at the bottom of 40-60 mm;
  5. A holding cover is put on and attached with a roll-over for an allowance to the lower tsar, also with a stapler;
  6. Check the patterns of the decorative cover patterns in place and, if necessary, adjust them;
  7. A decorative cover is sewn with the same allowance at the bottom, but the allowance, tucked up, is sewn to form a sleeve-curtain into which the cord is threaded;
  8. Try on a decorative cover, pulling it down with a cord and, if everything is in order, remove it;
  9. Attach the legs to the lower tsar;
  10. Put on an outer cover, tighten it with a cord - the pouf is ready.

This method requires a slightly higher consumption of material and labor, but allows:

  • Sheathe the pouf according to patterns of dubious accuracy. all flaws will be revealed on the holding case.
  • Both covers are easy to put on, and the decorative cover can be removed for maintenance or replacement.
  • Covers are sewn upside down and turned inside out before putting on; in this case, there is no problem of the outer scar of the last suture, because the seam itself is simply not there.
  • The last seam does not need a zipper.
  • A pouf in a double cover will keep its shape better.

Note: The pouf pattern in this case consists of only 2 parts - a round insert on the seat and a strip on the textile shell (sidewall).

About kings

The drawers of a classic pouf are made of plywood, solid wood, textolite or other durable plastic. The metal ones should be dish-shaped, facing grooves to each other, otherwise the sheathing will quickly rub against their edges. Chipboard for the manufacture of poufs is quite suitable, see below, but not for drawers: this material in slabs with a completely free edge crumbles along the edges.

About foam rubber

As mentioned above, the soft padding of poufs is most often made of foam rubber. Furniture dense is suitable; on the sides 20-30 mm, on the seat 60-150. The foam rubber seat cushion can be glued with PVA from several thinner layers. The quality of the foam rubber when buying is checked "for snap": it is tightly squeezed with your fingers and released sharply. Dents should straighten instantly, literally following the fingers. If the foam rubber spreads slowly, it is not furniture, but insulating and is not suitable for padding.

Sewn

The one-piece round pouf is already cut from at least 7 parts:

  1. The same is added to the round seat insert on the bottom, however, made of cheap technical fabric;
  2. The textile shell is divided along its length into at least 3 equal flaps, otherwise the seam (or two) will be overloaded and will soon begin to diverge;
  3. The bottom insert is cut from 2 halves with a zipper or a finishing seam with a hem outward, because otherwise it cannot be put on the filler in any way, see below;
  4. To the bottom, so that the bottom annular seam does not rub off quickly, a felt circle is glued with superglue or "Moment".

Nevertheless, the absence of the need for carpentry work with their shavings and sawdust in a city apartment means a lot, so you should figure it out in more detail with soft ottomans. Let's consider first their most important element - soft padding, and then some successful designs.

Padding

Most of all, poufs are stuffed with foam rubber of density (brands) from 40. The simplest way to make a padding of a pouf - roll up a piece of foam rubber into a roll and wrap it in 3-4 places in height with tape. How much foam rubber is needed? No need to remember or look for how the length of an arithmetic spiral is calculated, shrinkage, tightening and crumpling of the material, pure mathematics will not take into account anyway. Let's make it simpler: the volume of the pouf, calculated by its outer dimensions, is divided by the sheet thickness and the height of the pouf, everything should be expressed in the same units. As a result, we get the length of the cut.

A roll standing upright, as you know, can be crumpled from the end or go to a break in the middle. Therefore, it is better to go for a higher consumption of material and cut circles from the foam rubber, adding 5-7% to the diameter relative to that of the pouf. The circles are cut until its height is obtained plus the same 5-7% or 1 circle. They are glued into a PVA filling block; it is highly desirable - with gaskets made of thin cardboard, except for the upper circles with a thickness of 100-120 mm, so that the sitting person does not feel the cardboard.

In either case, the cover is put on the filler block. However, old rags are also suitable for filling the pouf; just clean rags. The best are woolen, woven or knitted. From tightly stuffed into a cover; in this case, the final seam can be very short.

Different ottomans

Now let's see how to sew an ottoman. In addition to round ones, patchwork multi-link poufs are also considered classic. Patterns of patterns for them are shown in fig. for 4, 6, and 8 wedges; Multi-link puffs from an odd number of flaps are less durable, because one of the seams does not receive assistance in the perception of loads from the opposite one and diverges over time. The height and diameter of the poufs are 50 cm; you can change them proportionally by changing the grid step.

Templates are given in quarters: a large sheet of paper is folded in four, mark the contour, cut, and, unfolding, get a template, as on the right in Fig. An allowance of 2x3 cm is there - on the drawstring under the cord, if the bottom is rigid. Cutting out the patterns along the red lines, we get an angular pouf, at the top in the center. On the green ones - a pouf-pumpkin (joke, pouf-pillow), in the center. In blue - a pouf with a wavy profile, at the bottom in the same place.

And about how to sew a patchwork pouf - a detailed master class:

Video: sewing a pouf from rags

Note: Multi-link puffs of a relatively small, 4-6, number of wedges look much more advantageous if the outer cover is sewn on the outside with a decorative seam. A decorative seam is not necessarily a simple zigzag-snake, there are many of them different types, But that is another topic. And you will have to sew by hand - machines capable of driving decorative seam are very expensive.

The pouf ball is also quite easy to cut. Because it, unlike, say, a ball chair, is densely filled with filler, it is not necessary to sew it from many polygons, over which an uneven load will spread, although it is filled, like a beanbag chair, with foam or neoprene granules. A pattern of a pouf ball with a diameter of 60 cm is shown in Fig. on right. 8 extreme bands make up the equatorial belt, 2x4 middle bands make up middle latitudes, and round inserts make up the polar regions. The filler is the same, foam or neoprene. Poured through 1 of the bottom seams with a zipper and stuffed tightly.

To tailor an ottoman-bag, see next. fig., is already more complicated, tk. lateral edges det. 2 are formed by sinusoidal arcs. Most often, puffs-bags are made from old (or cheap from second-hand) sweaters: the sleeves are turned inside, the resulting openings are sewn up. Then a technical fabric insert is sewn into the bottom and stuffed with filler through the collar. Next, a decorative insert is sewn into the collar (the open seam on the knitted product is almost invisible); perhaps a carrying strap, and that's it, the pouf is ready.

Neither this nor that, but not bad

A very good pouf is made from a tire. It has long been known to users of the Russian Internet, but just in case we give more photos of the main stages of work in stages, see fig. It should only be noted that the product good quality only comes out when used glue gun, at manual application of glue, all the coils of the rope will never fall exactly.

A modification of this idea is relatively little known: a children's ottoman of 2-3 small-sized scooter tires. It turns out to be softer and, for a child's weight, commensurately elastic. The tires are glued together and additionally fastened with a furniture stapler. Such an ottoman for a child allows him to rage to his heart's content, without risking excessively making skoda and getting hauled for the destruction in the room.

Into the hallway

There is a problem in the hallway with poufs: they get dirty from below, they are scratched with the socks of street shoes, they are worn out by grains of sand brought in with dirt. Expensive, but by no means the best solution- pouf with upright washable upholstery, on the left in fig. The bad thing about it is not only the high cost, but also the fact that the wear-resistant plastics are slippery and uncomfortable to sit on.

The second way is a pouf stool in the center. Not necessarily a split, the main thing is that the legs are high and the seat is far from debris. However, at the same time, some volume disappears, which is never superfluous in the hallway. Warmer, as they say, is a pouf-box (pouf-box) with a lid on the right. But, firstly, it is difficult to make the outer cover of the box removable, and on high legs the useful volume is too small. Secondly, ergonomics. To get / put something, you need to get up and bend over, which is uncomfortable in the hallway, and unpleasant when chilled or wet.

The good thing about the pouf-box is that its body can be made of chipboard and wooden beams, see fig.:

Edges and ribs chipboard boards here they are sufficiently fortified, protected and do not crumble. But there is one important circumstance: it is impossible to shorten the top of the box rack so that the lid retaining bosses fit exactly at the corners, the hanging corners of the box will crumble. The clips should be offset away from the uprights.

The best option for a pouf in the hallway is a pouf-pedestal, see fig. on right. The wooden sides, double-coated with acrylic varnish, will withstand any onslaught of dust, and it is not difficult to renew the varnish. Ergonomics are generally great: if you put the pouf-bedside table with the door to the side, it is almost invisible, and you can get / put the contents without getting up, just stretching out your hand.

Puffs-puffs

The knitted pouf looks gorgeous, see fig. on the right, and it's generally easier to knit than a sweater. However, knitting stretches more easily than textiles and collects dust more readily. A pouf with puffs looks even more luxurious, but, surprising at first glance, if the puffs are assembled correctly, it turns out to be no less resistant than the usual soft one and can be easily cleaned with a vacuum cleaner. You don't need to know how to knit to gather fabric in puffs, and all the work will take less time and will require less stress.

For example, in the video below - detailed instructions how to assemble pouf-puffs according to the "Scales" scheme.

Video: pouf-buff according to the "Scales" scheme

There are many other schemes for assembling puffs: leaves, braids, squares, etc. Having learned the Scales it is quite possible to understand them, and the ability to assemble puffs will come in handy, for example, when sewing curtains. 15 types of pouf buffets with diagrams are shown in the following video.

Fashionable and modern: pear ottoman

Pear ottoman scheme

Further we will talk about how to sew an ottoman bag with your own hands - a very fashionable piece of furniture in modern interior decor. You might think, isn't it easier to buy such a corner ottoman in a store? Of course easier, but much more expensive! And it is for those who value their money and are at least a little versed in the field of cutting and sewing, this step-by-step instruction is dedicated.

To make a soft ottoman, a pear will need:

  • dense upholstery fabric - 320x150 mm;
  • fabric for the inner cover - 300x150 mm;
  • expanded polystyrene filler with the addition of holofiber - 0.5-1 cubic meters meter.;
  • pattern paper;
  • dense threads;
  • lightning - 60 cm.

The sizes of ottomans are determined mainly by the height of the people who will use them. It is better to be equal to the tallest member of the family, since people with smaller stature will in any case be very comfortable to sit on the bag large sizes.

It is advisable to choose a fabric for upholstery that is dense to support the shape of the bag and is more resistant to wear. An excellent option would be tapestry, suede, jeans, capitonné, eco-leather, etc.

The inner cover of the pouf should be made of smooth, sliding, synthetic fabric. Thanks to this choice, the filler will freely move around the bag, taking the form of a person sitting in it.

Sewing products

The pouf pattern consists of six gussets for the bag itself and one lower part for its base.

Bean bag chair pattern

First, you need to make drawings of the required parts on paper, and then transfer them to the fabric for the inside and outside of the pouf.

Cutting is carried out taking into account seam allowances of about 1.5 cm.

The parts of the upholstery bag should be slightly larger than those intended for the padding, so it will be much easier for you to put the outer cover on the bag with the padding.

The second stage of work will be to sew all the fabric elements of the bag. First, sew the wedges together, and then proceed to the base. Do not forget to leave space for the zipper on the outer cover - the zipper will make it easier to clean the chair with a bag and will allow you to update the cover at any time. When both bags are ready, pour 2/3 of the amount of filler into the inner bag and carefully sew the remaining areas. Put on the decorative cover on top and close the zipper. The ottoman is ready!

Ready pouf pear

Despite the fact that such soft ottomans with a back are made at home, they will look great in any room of your house, adding coziness and comfort to them. In a similar way, you can equip a soft place for a dog with your own hands, only much smaller.

New life of old furniture - stool pouf

Stool pouf

Next, we will tell you how to make an ottoman from a stool yourself. If you have an old one at home that has lost its presentable appearance, but still a sturdy stool, shouldn't be written off. Using a little fabric and foam rubber, you can transform it with your own hands from scrap materials into a gorgeous, soft and comfortable pouf.

So, how do we make an ottoman out of an old stool:

  1. Cut out a 120 cm by 34 cm cut from the upholstery fabric for the side and a 48 cm circle for the pillow. To make the seat soft, cut out a circle of foam rubber and glue it to the top of the chair.

It seemed like it could be easier to manufacture ottoman: put together a box with a lid and that's it, the business is almost finished, it remains to arrange it outside and put on a cover. The video in this article provides information on the manufacture of various models of ottomans with different configurations and their classification.

The information is impressive:

  • Ottomans are classified by purpose and can be completely different. An ottoman under your feet, an ottoman-chair (see), an ottoman-transformer. Their purpose determines the dimensions of the products. They can be low and are used as additional element to a chair or sofa, children like to carry them. Small ottomans never stand in their place and can be found in the most unexpected places. Transforming poufs solve the problems of an armchair or bed, hiding great opportunities for their use under their small size and soft cover.
  • An equal sign could be put between the use of a ottoman and its function, if stylish ottomans were not subdivided into two types - independent and satellites.
  1. Independent ones serve as independent elements of furniture, that is, they are purchased instead of an armchair, chairs, and not for them. Designers offer hundreds of original models that turn into folding beds, mattresses, shelves, sun loungers.
  2. Satellites complement other furnishings and were designed for noblemen in the 19th century to sit comfortably. The worse we are, we also need to sit comfortably, so such models are quite common in modern and classic collections.
  • The design features of ottomans are highlighted in a separate group, because they differ significantly from each other. Wooden ottoman with a closed base or frame. The principle of models is borrowed from American and English designers. The legs of the ottoman are hidden under the ruffles of the upholstery, which allows you to organically fit this item into the interior of the room. Ottomans on barely visible legs, which rise only a few centimeters above the floor surface. The design resembles a chair without armrests and backrests. The frameless ottoman is a soft construction of a textile cover, zipped and with an inflatable chamber inside. These models are most popular in modern houses, because the insides of such poufs are filled with free-flowing fillers that easily take the shape of a person. Cool and convenient.
  • Ottomans classified according to the materials from which they are made are hard and soft. A soft pouf will definitely be made of textiles or leather (see), a hard product is made of wood, steel pipes, chipboard.

Desires and possibilities

In one toast, the hero of the "Caucasian Captive" expressed the very essence of being, so that "our desires coincide with our capabilities." There is free time and the desire to make an ottoman with your own hands from chipboard - it is necessary to prepare the possibilities.

  • A good ottoman cannot be made without a solid base from a chipboard sheet. Optimal size the structure is within 400x400x500 mm.
  • It is possible to make a wooden ottoman using a simplified technology, making a frame in the form of a mailbox from a bar and screwing it on with side cuts, but since the ottoman is made for yourself, you can try.

Work with pleasure

In a bad mood, you should not take on work: something will fall on your foot or you will not hit a nail with a hammer.

  • It is marked out, cut from a chipboard sheet of 5 squares 400x400 mm for the manufacture of the walls of the structure and the bottom.

Attention: The bottom of the ottoman should not be made of plywood, small children like to hide in secluded corners, they can break through thin plywood and get injured.

  • The lid is carried out by any geometric shape: square, round, oval. Beginners can skip experimenting and settle for a square lid. It will have dimensions slightly larger than the main box 430x430 mm in order to protect it from falling inside.
  • The height of the finished product is made up of the constituent elements - the height of the structure is 400 mm, plus the rollers are 50 mm, the bottom and the tire are 32 mm thick, the upholstery is 50 mm, for a total of 532 mm.
  • From the prepared elements, the formation of the structure begins.
  • The sidewalls of the ottoman are fastened with metal corners. The bars, which glue all the inner corners, will help to strengthen the rigidity and reliability.
  • WITH front side The cuts are screwed into the ottomans, the caps of which must be sunk into the wood, so that later they do not have problems with the torn upholstery.
  • The lower part of the box is coated with wood glue along the perimeter, capturing the ends of the beams.
  • The bottom of the ottoman is attached, and the cuts are screwed into the ends of the beams again. The assembled structure should dry well.
  • The base of the ottoman is made, but there are still no wheels and a lid on which you can sit in the future.
  • The lid is fixed with 4 bars screwed from the inside. The work is done after you are sure that the lid closes without hindrance and that the stiffening bars on the side do not interfere with the closure of the lid.
  • The finished structure turns over, and the wheels are attached with cuts.

Attention: They are fixed through the bottom to the ends of the beams, for which small holes are drilled in the bottom.

Before continuing to work, you need to make sure that the resulting structure is sufficiently stable, holds the person sitting on it well and that there are no shortcomings that interfere with further work, otherwise it makes no sense to start upholstery.

Ottoman gets dressed

An ottoman made of wood with your own hands, made of chipboard or generally soft needs clothes on top. This function is honorably performed by solid, upholstery fabric, neatly attached to the structure crate.

  • First, the cover of the ottoman is made out, for which a soft lining is cut out of foam rubber, padding polyester, batting. The size of the pad should correspond to the parameters of the seat so that it is neatly glued into place without drooping.
  • From the fabric intended for upholstery, a workpiece is cut out of a slightly larger size than the cover. This is done so that the edges can be folded under the lid and fixed from the inside with a stapler or furniture studs.
  • The instruction further prescribes to design the sides of the ottoman.
  • A piece is cut out of an upholstery fabric 400 mm x 4 = 1600 mm with a margin for connection. Also, in height, the material should have an allowance at the top and bottom.

Attention: The fabric must be trimmed, stretched, tucked inward, the edges must be secured with furniture studs or a stapler.

  • The seat is decorated, a niche is upholstered, all edges are neatly closed and can be presented ready product for the control of discerning family members.
  • A do-it-yourself plywood ottoman is made according to the same scheme if an option of this simple design is chosen.
  • The work becomes a little more complicated when an opening drawer is provided on the ottoman, then the stopper bars are replaced with door hinges.

Getting acquainted with the design of this simple piece of furniture, one detail catches the eye: despite the difference in the shapes of ottomans and their types, the base is a rigid frame, there is a seat and legs. They are decorated in different ways, but quilted leather or leatherette gives the products an elite, luxurious look and you cannot immediately determine that the price of the product is within reasonable limits.

Although, it should be noted that a neat ottoman, trimmed with a different material, is able to bring comfort and convenience to the room and looks no less elegant than leather.
