Do not salt the chicken at first cooking, as well to keep it juicy. But you can add spices to the water: allspice, peas and others to taste. Cook for 25-30 minutes, season with salt 5 minutes until tender.

2. Fill the eggs cold water and cook for 8-10 minutes after boiling water. This will make the yolk cool.

3. Cut the boiled chicken into cubes or strips, put in a salad bowl. Cut the cucumbers in the same way and send them to the chicken.

  • vegetable oil for frying - 80 ml

A method of preparing a salad in Korean.

1. You need to start the salad with the preparation of eggplants. Wash the eggplants and cut them in half lengthways. Then cut it in half across. Now cut each piece into long strips so that there is a skin on each piece. Place the chopped eggplants in a colander and place in a bowl. Salt the eggplants and mix well, while pressing down a little. Our task is to get rid of excess juice, which will flow into the substituted bowl.

2. Cover the eggplant with a plate, pressing down slightly. Leave the vegetables for 1-2 hours.

3. After 2 hours, the eggplants will start juicing. Put a paper towel on a plate, put the eggplants, blot well with another towel on top to dehydrate the vegetables as much as possible. Sometimes eggplants are squeezed by hand, but this is how juiciness and vitamins are lost.

4. While the eggplants are salting, prepare the rest of the vegetables. Grate carrots for Korean carrots. If there is no such grater, then cut into very thin strips. Cut the bell peppers into strips. 8. Put the eggplants in a salad bowl. Pour some vegetable oil into a preheated pan, put ground coriander and black pepper in the oil. Add chopped hot peppers to them. Fry a little and add onions to them. Saute the onion over high heat for 1 minute until it softens slightly. You do not need to fry it. Add carrots to the onion, stir and fry for another 1 minute.

9. Onions with carrots should only be impregnated with the aromas of spices and softened a little. You do not need to fry them, they will also marinate later.

10. Now put all the ingredients in a salad bowl: eggplant, carrots with onions, bell peppers, garlic (to taste), herbs, toasted sesame seeds. Season the salad with vinegar, honey, and soy sauce. 1. First you need to prepare croutons. To make them fragrant, dry them with spices. To do this, mix salt, sweet paprika, dried garlic in a bowl.   • combine 3 large spoons of olive oil, ½ freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 small spoonful of mustard, 5-6 large spoons of sour cream or natural yoghurt low fat, add a pinch of salt and allspice;

  • Pour 100 grams of cashews hot water, leave for 7-8 hours, add a spoonful of lemon juice, 200 ml of water, salt. This nut sauce is ideal with spring rolls or dishes containing seaweed.

In general, you can freely combine your favorite foods in the sauce, because you can make it sour, sweet or spicy. Don't have to be limited standard set products. For example, I really like to make sauces from pickled ingredients - here you can use capers to help you, and pickled cucumbers. Avocado will help to create a calmer taste, and I also like the flavor of fennel and white wine (the main thing with it is not to overdo it).

Boil the pasta in advance - it needs about 150 grams. Heat 1 large spoonful of olive oil in a skillet. After that, add fresh pumpkin in cubes (200 grams), while the pan is hot, the vegetable will also acquire a golden roast. Then reduce heat, add water and simmer for a quarter of an hour, adding a little shredded cabbage, 1 carrot, finely grated and a couple of garlic cloves.

Combine the pasta and vegetable roast in a bowl. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

Warm salad with couscous

You can prepare a dressing sauce in advance: combine a tablespoon of olive oil with lemon juice, finely chopped mint. Add a pinch of sugar and black pepper.

Pour boiling water over couscous (200 grams) for a quarter of an hour, strain. Add the same amount of boiled chickpeas (it is cooked for about half an hour, to shorten the time, you can soak it in water overnight). Leave the ingredients to dry.

At this time, cut a small zucchini at an angle, fry. Cut 5 pieces of cherry in half, also fry at the cut. By the way, if you add a little thyme and rosemary to the oil before frying, then the dish will turn out to be a little spicy.

Adyghe cheese (100-150 grams) cut into plates, fry each on both sides.

Mix couscous, chickpeas, zucchini and cherry tomatoes, pick green lettuce leaves. Mix. Put the finished ingredients as follows: salad, cheese, sauce.

Quinoa salad

Prepare the dressing: finely chop 3 garlic prongs, 50 grams of grated ginger root. These components can also be chopped in a blender. Pour 40 ml of oil and the same amount of soy sauce to the garlic-ginger mass. Stir the dressing and vegetables and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

Pickled chicken and herbs

You can also cook meat salads without mayonnaise. If meat or poultry is successfully marinated, then the opening bouquet of taste cannot be compared with anything.

Prepare the dressing: mix 20 ml of oil and mustard, ½ lemon juice, pepper, salt.

Marinate chicken breast: a spoonful of dry seasonings (in equal parts: coriander, curry, oregano, thyme), 2 cloves of garlic, salt and pepper. Leave for half an hour.
