Heating boilers buleryan. Buleryan stoves with a water circuit

Russia is one of the largest countries in the world, whose territory is located on different climatic zones... That is why the problem of heating has to be dealt with in different ways. In those regions that are heated with wood, you can very often see Buleryan solid fuel stoves with a water circuit. Such a stove can only be heated with wood and it is not recommended to use another type of fuel. Indeed, complex chemical and physical processes take place in the device. Their normal flow can only be ensured by dry wood during combustion. Thus, when choosing a given stove, you need to find out the cost and availability of fuel in your area.

The principle of operation of the oven

It should be noted that the idea of creating buleryan belongs to Canadian lumberjacks. They, in turn, shared it with the engineers who brought their thoughts to life. The oven consists of a round body, which its shape resembles a barrel, inner space which is divided into two parts. In the lower part of the stove, firewood is ignited and burned. In the same section, the formation of high temperature and accumulates a large number of heat.

After the wood burns out, hot gases appear and fill the second part of the boiler. Several curved pipes run in the center of the two furnaces. This is where the convection method takes place, thanks to which a person uses heat for his own good.

Cold air enters Buleryan through pipes. The air in the firebox meets the red-hot circuit, in this regard, a rapid flow is formed, which breaks out and takes with it the heat of the stove. This device does not have a fan, so it heats up quickly. The stove uses 3 heating methods - heat exchange, heat transfer, convection.

The oven works in a special way:

  • first you need to warm up the boiler with wood chips;
  • the lower throat is filled to the very top;
  • firewood smolders for 12 hours. Then wood gas is formed which releases more heat energy;
  • an air flow is formed, which can reach up to 120 degrees Celsius;
  • this air is forced out through the pipes, which allows the room to heat up quickly without being overloaded.

It is worth noting that in the second firebox, the gas cannot completely burn out, even if there is good draft. That is why it is worth installing a high-quality chimney. He must not have any defects, even the smallest, as it threatens to leak carbon monoxide, which is dangerous to the human body. If you have never installed a chimney before, then it is best to entrust this matter to professionals.

Features of installing a buleryan furnace with a water circuit

It should be noted that there were times when wood-burning stoves could not compete with central systems heating. The thing is that a brick wood-fired oven could not heat a large room divided into rooms. Everything has changed since the moment when the engineers managed to combine a conventional wood-burning stove with a water circuit.

Today even the Buleryan oven can be equipped with a circulation system. The coolant will move along it. Such innovations received the prefix "aqua" to their name. In this regard, such devices as "Aqua-Belerian", "Brenneran - Aquatan" appeared. Such installations can be used to organize a water heating system.

In the furnace, the water circuit occupies about 70% of the entire combustion section. That's why water heating is fast and evenly. At the same time, heat loss is insignificant. In such devices, there is no large drops pressure and temperature. If we compare the efficiency of the furnace, then the efficiency of gas generators will be on a par. It should be noted that air circulation is in great demand. That is why such an attitude is not uncommon in residential buildings as well as in industrial premises enterprises.

It is worth noting that Buleryan ovens with a fully equipped water circuit can produce heat for 12 hours. There are no temperature fluctuations during this time. This feature allows you not to re-lay firewood for a long time.

Advantages

Today's installations allow you to warm up the room quickly and evenly, even if the room is large. If you choose an installation with a water circuit, then the heat is easily transported to the premises located on the second and third floors. The unit is compact in size.

It is very convenient to use such an installation. Installation is quick and easy. But in order to install a chimney, you need to hire professionals.

It should be noted that the buleryan oven do not consume a lot of fuel compared to other installations. One download is enough for 12 hours.

Of course, such a list of positive features in technical characteristics, gives optimistic hopes. But nevertheless, in order for the picture to develop completely, it is necessary to pay attention to the disadvantages of the installation.

disadvantages

It is not recommended to load into the oven raw firewood... Do not use firewood, which forms when burning resins.

Generator gases in Buleryan burn about 70% in the second furnace. That is why the installation cannot be called perfect.

By installing the chimney, Special attention it is worth giving it to insulation. If this is not done, what condensation will be released which reduces the performance of the oven.

The main structural element is the body. Very often it is made of metal. The main heat source is the boiler. That is why the space around it must be protected. It will be very difficult to protect the space if buleryan is installed in a corner at the junction of two walls. It is not recommended to install the stove close to a wall. This prohibition is big problem for small houses. There must be a maximum distance of 20 cm from the wall to the installation.

If you want to save space, then you have to sheathe the walls with metal sheets. Their height must be greater than the height of the housing of the unit itself. In this case, you will have to lay between the sheet and the wall basalt insulation... In this case, metal sheets will perform several functions at once:

  • protection of walls from heating;
  • additional heat source.

It is also worth noting that dust will constantly get into the pipe hole. When the furnace burns, such a temperature is formed in its channel, which is able to survive everything on its way. Thus, unpleasant odors will often come from the equipment.

In this case, it must be said that near the furnace in working condition charged ions are formed, which are able to attract small particles of dirt. They can enter the human body. If a person's immunity is weakened, then this can lead to diseases. In this regard, rooms that are heated by such a stove must be cleaned every day and ventilated.

If you want to buy such an installation for yourself, you need to pay attention to what material the boiler doors are made of.

There is a stove with a metal door, it looks beautiful, especially since you can see through it how the fire is burning. But at the same time, you can see it only when the firewood is burning up. In other cases, it is useless. Moreover, a stove with such a door has a price higher than usual. Experts do not recommend overpaying, but buying an ordinary stove with a metal door.

Installation cost

Water circuit furnaces are production famous company Breneran. Such installations operate on the principle of gas generation and are intended for heating both small and large rooms... The price for them can be different: from 13,225 to 46,285 rubles.

As a rule, this company produces installations of two types:

  • AquaTEN;
  • Aqua.

The difference between these models from others is that they use heating elements boilers and are remarkable for their design.

The heating unit, developed in Canada specifically for mobile logging teams, has won worldwide recognition thanks to high efficiency and safety in operation. The wood-burning stove Buleryan (bullerjan) is today used as a heat generator for air and water heating of private and country houses, outbuildings.

Buleryan stove (Breneran)

Furnace for air heating

The task of the designers was to create a compact and lightweight solid fuel unit capable of quickly warming up the room. At the same time, it was important to ensure simple operation of the furnace, take care of safety - to minimize the risk of accidental burns and exclude the penetration of carbon monoxide into the room. Let us consider in more detail the device and principle of operation of Buleryan.

Design

The cylindrical or teardrop-shaped stove body is equipped with built-in curved air ducts. The main part of each pipe is located inside the housing and is heated by a flame. Cold air is sucked in from the lower end of the pipes; in the process of moving up, it has time to warm up. On average, the stove pumps 4-6 cubic meters of air per minute, quickly heating the room.

The combustion chamber is divided horizontally into three compartments. Fuel is placed in the central grate. Ash accumulates in the lower compartment. The upper compartment is separated from the middle by a metal sheet with holes - it serves as a secondary chamber for burning pyrolysis gases, and they do not burn there completely - the final afterburning takes place in the chimney.

The furnace body is equipped with a hermetically sealed large-format door. It is equipped with a branch pipe with a damper - the throttle allows you to regulate the intensity of fuel combustion by changing the amount of air entering the furnace. To adjust the traction force, a gate valve is mounted at the outlet of the furnace. The furnace operation is adjusted by changing the position of the dampers.

Design features Buleryan ovens

Features of functioning

The original Bullerjan stove is equipped with an economizer - a device that allows pyrolysis gases to be burnt in order to obtain maximum thermal energy from the fuel. For a heat generator with an economizer, the efficiency reaches 80%; without this device, the furnace efficiency is about 60%.

Secondary combustion of combustible wood gas occurs in the horizontal section of the chimney (from 15 to 30 cm), which is reliably thermally insulated with a non-combustible material. Due to the accumulation of gases in this section of the pipe, the temperature of the medium rises and a flame breaks out regularly, combustible gases flare up, increasing in volume. As a result, a gas lock is formed and without air access, combustion stops. Then the process is repeated cyclically. The frequency of flashing gases depends on the oven setting.

The Buleryan air heating stove is completely safe - even if you leave the firebox door open, carbon monoxide will not enter the room. The metal case during the operation of the unit heats up to 50-60 ° C, so contact with the stove does not threaten a person with burns.

If you install air ducts, you can supply heated air to the adjacent room through them, providing air heating.

Furnace rules

Buleryan in combustion mode works only at the first stage - within 20-30 minutes after ignition. During this time, the room has time to warm up. The rest of the time, the wood fuel should smolder, giving off flammable gases. If the unit is forced to constantly work in an intensive mode, the metal case will quickly burn out, while a significant part of the heat will escape with the flue gases.

Heating the room with the Breneran stove

It is important to use dry, fast burning fuel when firing up the stove. During ignition, the throttle and slide valve must be open to ensure high draft. When the first load of fuel turns to coal, large-format firewood or briquettes are placed. Having put firewood in a heated stove, it is necessary to close the gate damper and throttle, adjusting the air flow.

Attention! The Bullerjan stove is not designed for burning brown or hard coal, anthracite because of the too high combustion temperature of such fuel.

Unit installation

The Buleryan furnace is installed in accordance with fire requirements. It is important to observe the distance to the walls, which depends on the surface material:

  • not less than 1000 mm, if the wall is made of wood, without plaster;
  • not less than 700 mm from the wall with a 25 mm plaster layer or ceramic tile cladding;
  • not less than 500 mm from single brickwork or cladding from sheet metal 1 mm above the 7 mm heat insulator;
  • not less than 300 mm from double brickwork or a panel assembled from two 1 mm metal sheets with a 30 mm thermal insulation gasket.

Diagram of a thermal chamber for a heating unit

The base for the Buleryan oven must be non-combustible. A podium made of bricks is laid out or simply a sheet of steel is laid on the floor on top of a sheet non-combustible heat insulator. Steel sheet the size of 500x700 mm must be located in front of the door of the firebox of the furnace for air heating.

Installing a Buleryan stove requires competent installation of a chimney, it can be:

  • brick with a wall thickness of 120 mm;
  • concrete with a wall thickness of 60 mm;
  • metal - single or "sandwich".

The height of the pipe depends on the power of the heating unit and is indicated in the product passport. The minimum height is 4 m, the minimum section is 120 mm. The chimney is allowed to be led out through the ceilings and through the wall with the installation of a heat-insulated passage unit.

Stove for hot water heating

Buleryan with a water circuit (Breneran Aqua) is a modification of an already known stove, which is designed to be used as part of an autonomous water heating system to heat several rooms in a house.

If air heating installation is primarily intended for small country houses, garages, workshops and greenhouses, then Buleryan Aqua is a full-fledged boiler that is suitable for organizing heating of an individual residential building.

Principle of operation

Buleryan with a water circuit is similar in design to the air version of the stove, but in this case, a coolant circulates through the pipes surrounding the fuel combustion chamber.

Breneran stove with water circuit

The boiler functions as follows:

  • the ends of pipes for convection from above and below are connected into a single system using collectors;
  • the upper collector is equipped with a branch pipe for supplying the heated coolant to the heating system, the lower one for connecting the return pipe;
  • when the heat carrier is heated in the heating circuit, a pressure is created that is sufficient for natural circulation with the rise of the liquid to a height of 8 m, this allows the supply of thermal energy to heating devices connected to the loop;
  • the cooled coolant enters the lower collector.

Breneran Aqua also works with wood fuel, thermal energy produced by direct combustion of fuel and combustion of pyrolysis gases. Combustible gases are burned in two stages - the main part in the upper chamber of the furnace, the rest - in the economizer with which the chimney is equipped.

The most energy efficient fuel for Aqua Breneran is firewood. It is allowed to use peat briquettes, pressed wood waste, but their heat output is lower.

Advantages and disadvantages of the unit

Buleryan with a water circuit has a number of advantages over a heat generator of the same type, but for air heating and other units:

  • there is no need to lay air ducts, heating radiators serve as heat sources in the premises of the house;
  • a boiler of this type can be installed in houses without a basement, there is no risk of carbon monoxide entering the room;
  • for the manufacture of the unit, heat-resistant materials are used, which increases its durability;
  • the stove can be used in a water heating system with natural and forced feed coolant;
  • installation of equipment is carried out in short time, it is possible to additionally use a system that prevents freezing of the heating circuit.

Breneran Aqua with water heating circuits

The disadvantages of Aqua Brenéran include:

  • inability to use the oven without connecting to the water circuit;
  • errors in the installation of the chimney, the use of insufficient quality fuel, the wrong choice of the operating mode of the furnace leads to a decrease in the thermal efficiency of the unit and the formation of condensate, which contains a whole range of harmful substances.

Installation features

In accordance with fire safety regulations:

  • The oven must be mounted on a solid, non-combustible base. For some models of the unit, the arrangement of a concrete base is mandatory.
  • The floor from the side of the combustion chamber door is covered with a metal sheet at least 1250 mm in length.
  • The distance to walls with a plastered surface is at least 1000 mm, in the presence of additional insulation - 800 mm.
  • The area of the room where the stove is installed must be at least 12 m 2.
  • The room must be well ventilated.
  • The use of a safety group is mandatory when connecting the heating circuit.

Buleryanov installation rules

Connection to the heating system

If Buleryan with a water circuit is connected to a gravitational heating system, then for effective circulation of the coolant it is required:

  • install the stove 0.5 m or more below the heating devices;
  • mount the pipes at an angle towards the direction of fluid circulation;
  • position at the top of the path expansion tank, the capacity of which is selected depending on the volume of the coolant in the system;
  • mount the safety group on the pipe supplying the heated coolant.

Attention! When calculating and installing the pipeline, it is important to observe the optimal angles of inclination of the pipes in order to ensure the normal movement of the coolant and avoid the formation of air pockets.

If the furnace is used as part of a system with forced supply of heat carrier, it is necessary:

  • mount circulation pump on the return pipe, through which the cooled coolant enters the lower manifold of the furnace, between the boiler itself and the expansion membrane tank;
  • install a UPS with a voltage stabilizer to ensure smooth operation circulation pump;
  • mount a thermal sensor in order to be able to monitor temperature regime and system pressure;
  • install a boiler safety group, which will allow maintaining the pressure level in the circuit no more than 7 atm.

Strapping and heat carrier

For piping of Breneran furnaces with a water circuit, pipes made of various materials, when choosing, one should take into account their operational properties and installation features:

  • Steel tubes . They are resistant to overheating, have a low coefficient of linear expansion, high strength and thermal conductivity. The disadvantage is the need for welding when installing the pipeline, the large inner diameter of the pipes.
  • Polypropylene pipes ... Lightweight, durable, not prone to overgrowth and corrosion, quickly assembled. Disadvantages: they greatly increase in length when heated, a special tool is required for installation.
  • Reinforced-plastic pipes... They are not subject to corrosion and overgrowth, they are quickly installed, and are resistant to heat. Disadvantage - they break when the permissible bending radius is exceeded.

Polypropylene pipes and fittings for piping the heating system

The heat carrier in the heating system based on the Breneran heat generator with a water circuit can be ordinary or distilled water, an antifreeze liquid.

Water is a cheap and affordable heat carrier. Its disadvantages include the property of freezing at temperatures below zero degrees. It is recommended to pour water into the system if it is designed for non-stop operation during the cold season. Do not use water with a high metal content as a heating medium. It is advisable to install a system for filtration and water treatment. Installing a special heating element will help avoid problems associated with defrosting the water circuit.

The non-freezing liquid is suitable for heating systems which in winter time years are operated intermittently. The use of antifreeze allows the system to survive the temperature drop in the house down to -20 ° C. The disadvantages of non-freezing should include high fluidity - increased requirements are imposed on the tightness of the circuit. In addition, the cost of antifreeze is significantly higher than the cost of water. To calculate the cash investment in the purchase of antifreeze coolant, you need to calculate the volume of fluid in the system. For this, the volume of the pipeline, all radiators and the water circuit of the furnace is summed up.

Conclusion

The type of stove Buleryan is selected depending on the needs - for country house or outbuildings, it is easier to use an air-heated unit. In a house with several rooms, including on different floors, it is more convenient to use the Breneran boiler-stove.

If you do not go into unnecessary details, buleryan with a water circuit can be described in a few words. In fact, this is a structure made of high-quality metal with pipes welded to it. A feature of this device is that it promotes convection, that is, uniform and very rapid heating of the entire room.

Outwardly, the entire structure is a boiler, into which wood materials must be placed. Since such a stove is capable of operating exclusively on wood fuel, before buying it, you need to understand how profitable it will be. Since in big cities this natural material is quite expensive and you need to go to specialized stores for it.

Principle of operation

Buleryan with a water circuit is a furnace that operates according to the well-known law of physics. The whole principle of its operation is that hot steam rises up, and cold falls down. Thanks to this feature, even the smallest oven with a water jacket can heat more than five cubic meters air. At the same time, the boiler does not heat up, that is, the room does not lose its oxygen.

Buleryan is considered an economical stove, since fuel consumption can be reduced. This is due to a special afterburner, in which all the gas produced during the combustion process is burned. A casing is used as a heat exchanger, some manufacturers call it a jacket. Inside such a casing, there are at least six pipes that fit snugly against the ceiling chamber. As a result, it can be observed that heat is transferred to water much faster.

The heating medium is supplied to the top point of the entire heating system. After that, it goes to the radiators and back to the oven. It is there that a tap for draining the coolant is installed. Thanks to such a simple principle of operation, Buleryan is able to quickly warm up any room and not dry out all the oxygen.

The main features of the oven

Each oven has a row undeniable advantages over others. A lot depends on where exactly it will be installed and what expenses the buyer agrees to. It is necessary to understand that the oven itself costs a lot of money, but its operation will not be free.

The main features of the buleryan stove with a water circuit:

  • the presence of a gas afterburner, which is located at the top of the furnace;
  • the oven doors are hermetically closed;
  • thanks to the casing, the convention of hot air masses increases;
  • there is no ash pan in the oven.

Due to the special arrangement of pipes, heat transfer increases in Buleryan. Cold air enters the lowest pipe. Heated to a certain temperature, it spreads throughout the room. Note that, unlike other stoves that operate with firewood, Buleryan's design is thought out to the smallest detail. In the firebox, not only firewood burns, but also combustion products. Therefore, to achieve the desired result, it will be necessary to use less natural material.

Note! To date, there are only two buleryan options. The first one works to meet the needs for hot water, and the second one simultaneously for heating and water.

Installation of a water jacket oven

Today, it is not difficult with a water circuit if the necessary methods and materials are used for this. Before the installation itself, you need to decide on the place where the oven will be installed. Note that it can be placed almost anywhere in the building. The only thing that needs to be done is to keep the distance to the wall in the length of half a meter.

Scheme of water heating with a Buleryan boiler

After installing the stove, it must be connected to the heating system. During installation, most experts recommend using reinforced pipes. They will never deform under the influence of high temperatures, and are also most suitable for the heating system.

Upon completion of the installation of heating units, pressure testing is carried out, as well as filling the entire system with water. After that, it is necessary to observe the work of buleryan - a furnace with a water jacket for some time. Only when correct installation and its operation, the boiler will work properly.

Safety must never be forgotten! Therefore, the wall near which the stove will be installed must be treated with a special non-combustible material. It should be applied at a height of approximately one meter from the top of the oven.

Efficiency in comparison with gas heating

Before making any purchase, you need to understand how profitable it will be. V modern world you can find a boiler that will be incredibly beautiful, but very expensive to use. Therefore, a balance must be found in aesthetics, price and operating cost.

The main advantages of Buleryan over gas heating:

  • to install buleryan, you do not need to obtain a special permit;
  • you can even install a stove with a water circuit yourself;
  • for installation gas heating it is necessary to lay gas supply lines, which will be very expensive already at the initial stage;

Unlike gas equipment, Buleryan does not need to be looked after in a special way. It is only necessary to clean the chimney and do not forget to regularly add firewood.

A boiler called buleryan with a water circuit has only one drawback - it is fuel costs. However, the difference in gas heating costs is not that great. Considering that at the stage of installation and installation, you can significantly save money - Buleryan can confidently be called a profitable heating option for each consumer. In addition, such a boiler can be overlaid decorative bricks and create the illusion of an old Russian stove. It will look very stylish, beautiful and original.

For quick and even heating of the room, you can use the Buleryan stove (buller, breneran). Its area of application is residential and industrial buildings, greenhouses, shops, warehouses, country houses, cottages. Distinctive feature this mechanism is that warm air does not accumulate only around it. Opening all interior doors, you will give access to heat in all rooms.

Peculiarities

The breneran stove was invented by Canadian engineers, who took as a basis the drawings of a slow-burning convection-tube boiler.

Buleryan is a domestically produced device.

Structure

It is an all-welded steel construction. She is belted on the sides big amount pipes. She has a firebox with a wide sealed door, equipped with a blower made in the form of a pipe with a rotary type damper (throttle). It is with its help that the power of the heating device is regulated, the process of heat energy release is controlled, the required temperature is set.

The device of some buleryan models is equipped with a graduated scale and limiter. If it is necessary to stop the operation of the device or stop the traction, then the throttle is shut off. Below are the drawings of the furnace.

In the lower part of the firebox there is a steel or cast-iron grate, in the top of the structure there is a horizontal partition with holes that does not reach the front wall by about ¼ of the length of the combustion device. Afterburning air is taken from there.

The upper space, isolated by a partition, is the afterburner when operating in smoldering mode. The gases coming from there go into the horizontal section of the chimney, called "hog", its length is 0.8-1 m.

The combustion mode in the Brehneran stove is switched with the help of a smoke choke (damper).

The boilers have a chimney with a diameter equal to the size of the blower pipe. 1/4 part is cut in the smoke choke damper. Such a device does not allow traction to stop, the waste will in any case go into the pipe.

An economizer is located above the smoke choke. This is a vertical section of the chimney, well insulated with asbestos. It is designed to burn out flue gas... Having flared up, they try to expand, which contributes to the formation of a gas lock. The combustion process decreases, the cooling plug eventually disappears, the combustion increases.

Thanks to the economizer, this device has an efficiency of 80%, without it - no more than 60%. The operation of the buller without this element is reduced to 2-3 years.

This heating device works as follows: cold air from the floor, entering the pipes located below, passes through the elements located on the firebox.

When heated, it comes out of the upper pipes and evenly heats the building. In 10-15 minutes after firing up the structure, the air in the system heats up to 100-120 ° C.

Differences from other types of ovens

Unlike classic heating appliances, Bleneran boilers take air for afterburning from the firebox. There are no separate vents for secondary air masses. The amount of air automatically changes depending on the type of fuel and the operating mode of the furnace.

The second highlight of the Buleryan stove lies in the design features of its firebox. The batteries of the heat exchanger pipes are made in such a way that they sink 2/3 into the curved walls of the furnace. Due to this, up to 70% of the heat released in the combustion space in the smoldering mode is released into the air of the pipe system. 10% of the thermal energy is distributed over the metal body of the device and also heats the air.

Fuel

You can heat the boiler wood waste or leftovers from cardboard products, firewood. Hard coal cannot be used. Fuel in such a device is consumed slowly and economically. It must be bookmarked no more than 3 times a day.

To quickly warm up the room, it is required to initially put fast-burning fuel, paper or cardboard into the stove. They are kindled, while the throttle and gate must be opened completely, and the firebox door must be closed. The overclocking tab should completely burn out in 3-4 minutes. The combustion process can be controlled through the glass in the door or through the blower.

After the bookmarks are burned out, large logs, peat briquettes or pellets are laid. The blower throttle is closed to the required position. The gate must be closed to ¾, that is, to the stop. Air comes out of the pipes at a temperature of 60-70 ° C, the furnace cools down to 50-55 ° C.

Advantages and disadvantages

In addition to the fact that these heating boilers provide fast and uniform heating of the house, they also have other positive properties:

  • long service life;
  • high efficiency;
  • profitability;
  • ease of installation.

In addition, you can make a Buleryan oven with your own hands.

Such a device needs insulation of the outer pipes. To accommodate it, you need to allocate a significant amount of space. In such a device, the fuel burns with a minimum residue, as a result of which it smokes, so the pipe has to be brought out to a height of more than 3 m from the upper level of the furnace.

Also, negative qualities include the appearance of condensation in the chimney and the smell that may appear in the room.

To make the heating of a private house reliable and of high quality, boilers with a water circuit are often used. They heat due to movement in the system hot water... Such a device is a cylindrical body, which consists of 2 levels. The lower one is a furnace structure, its purpose is fuel ignition and temperature control. The upper level of the boiler with a water circuit is the post-combustion chamber.

The purpose of the unit is to heat water in a large volume. It is equipped with special devices that distribute about 10% of the thermal energy for heating, and the rest of the percentage for heating the liquid entering the system or storage. Thus, private houses are provided with proper temperature conditions.

The boiler with a water circuit must be filled with distilled water and antifreeze. Then the system will be protected from freezing if the house does not live permanently.
The drawings of the water buller are presented below.

We make the oven ourselves

Making a buleryan oven with your own hands is quite difficult, you need to be an experienced welder.

Tool

To make the boiler, the drawings of which are located below, you need the following tools and materials:

welding, grinder, scissors for cutting metal, pipe bender, hammer, thick-walled pipes (diameter - 50 mm), metal corner (25 * 25); metal sheet (thickness - 5 mm).

Preparation

Check the operation of the device for welding works, materials for weldability, practice in the manufacture of seams.

Blueprints

Here are the drawings of the Breran oven.

The boiler shown has low power and can be used in garages, greenhouses, farm buildings. For heating a private dwelling, it is necessary to increase its parameters and the number of pipes by 1.5-2 times.

Manufacturing

You can make a stove yourself by adhering to the following specific sequence of work.

  • Trim the pipes to length, prepare the required number of them, give them the desired shape... They must be completely identical. The pipe ends must be cut at a 90 ° angle.
  • Make a part from a sheet of metal (see the diagram below), bend it at an angle of 160-170 °.

  • Weld the pipes pointwise. Carefully connect the top of the combustion element along the contour. The main thing at these stages is to observe the symmetry of the structure.
  • Make parts for the furnace body equal to the number of pipes. Grab the workpieces in several places between the pipes.
  • Install the rear stove element with a hole for the chimney.

  • Insert the chimney (pipe with a diameter of 100 mm) into the hole, weld it along the contour.
  • Make the front part. Weld the door ring into it. Connect everything pointwise along the contour. Use two corners for the bottom of the structure. Check the stability of the device.
  • Make a round door from thick sheet metal, in the lower part of which there is a pipe with a damper. The door must be hinged and a locking lock welded to it.
  • Grind seams and sand all surfaces.
  • If you take an old boiler as the basis for the furnace body, then the number of welding works will decrease. But the proposed option with superimposed metal walls is more attractive in appearance.

The dimensions of the stove are chosen depending on the area of the room. Place the structure at a distance of at least 1.5 m from the wall. It is raised above the floor (this will increase the traction force and heating speed), placing it on a podium made of non-combustible materials. To avoid ignition from falling sparks and coals, a sheet of metal is placed under the firebox. It is better to install the buleryan stove in separate rooms so as not to accidentally burn yourself.

It is difficult to imagine any beautiful and comfortable house without high-quality heating, which creates a comfortable environment in it. Therefore, the installation heating equipment great attention is paid in suburban buildings. One of these modern devices used for space heating are stoves with a water circuit from the Canadian manufacturer Buleryan. They are devices equipped with heat exchangers, thanks to which, with minimal cost, evenly and very quickly heating of all rooms in the house is provided.

During the operation of furnaces with a water body, their surface does not heat up at all, so oxygen in the room is not burned out. In addition, the installation of such equipment ensures the possibility of supplying the whole family hot water at low fuel costs. It is especially advisable to install ovens of this group in rooms where it is not provided permanent residence... The efficiency of such devices is 87%.

Buleryan furnace connection diagram

Main advantages:

Thanks to a well-thought-out design, Buleryan ovens completely burn not only firewood, but also decomposition products. The special branching of pipes contributes to the increase in the heat transfer of the equipment. Buleryan effectively heats the water in the pipes and quickly provides heat to all connected radiators.
