Pressure switch - If there is a clogging of the burning of combustion products (even partial), or the fuel burning will deteriorate (it will be lower than the installed norm) under the influence of a decrease in fan speed (voltage drop in the power grid), or the fan will not work, then due to the pressure switch it does not turn on boiler so that combustion products do not accumulate in closed chamber combustion.

A reverse thrust fuse or pressure switch must be functioning during the boiler operation and nothing should be influenced on their functions (for example, a change in position).

In the event of a re-disconnection of the reverse thrust or pressure switch, it is necessary to refer to the specialists of the authorized service organization to eliminate the malfunction and carrying out the work test.

Preparation for exploitation

When preparing a Mora's wall boiler to work, you must perform the following:

Control the water pressure in the heating system,
- open the windows and taps of the heating water (or economic water) - (valves under the boiler),
- Open the gas supply to the boiler.

Specialist of the service organization, when entering the boiler, obliged:

Control the pump mode - must be set to 3 level.

Run the start of the boiler.

Perform an ignition control:

Turn on the boiler with the button on control panels,
- After 5 seconds, the burner will light up from the spark series - ignition lasts 5 seconds,
- Ignition repeat 5 times.

Control the functions of the ionization electrode - to blow off the flame from the ionization electrode - after 3 seconds, the burner should go out.

Electronic boiler control will automatically go to ignition mode (another attempt to ignite the burner).

If burner ignition does not occur, the E2 malfunction code appears on the display - the flame loss. For ignition, you must click on the RESET button on the control panel.

Perform the burner control:

Control the main burner, the flame should only be around the weekends,
- Control the stability of the flame along the entire length of the burner plates.

Adjust the heating and initial power.

Malfunctions during the work of the Mora boilers

Error E0 is a temporary fault, a malfunction of the control unit and regulation is possible - call a service specialist.

ERROR E1 - lack of water (no water in the heating system or insufficient water duct) - monitor the heating system, radiators. Try to enable and turn off the boiler several times and turn off the boiler (in combined boilers).

ERROR E2 - shutdown of the boiler (for example, loss of flame control, disconnecting the reverse thrust fuse) - in boilers with a tap of combustion products into the chimney to control the permeability of combustion paths. Press the RESET button.

ERROR E3 - the heating water temperature sensor will open - call a service specialist.
