    Both versions of polystyrene are laid with outside foundation, excavating it to the very foundation. In this case, the first row is placed on a gravel bed. Before laying, the foundation is coated with bitumen-polymer mastic (for waterproofing), and when it dries up, polystyrene foam plates are glued. The adhesive must be polyurethane. It is applied in dots or by smearing the entire sheet. The joints between the slabs are also taken on glue so that there are no cold bridges and gaps for moisture penetration.
