Bright pvc floor tiles. PVC floor tiles: pros and cons, features of use

PVC tile is one of the options flooring, which differs from linoleum in the ease of installation and transportation. It, in fact, is linoleum, only it is not produced in rolls, but in the form of relatively small squares and rectangles of various sizes. Outwardly, it looks like both a polymer material and tile... The benefits of these products are obvious. No need for styling professional equipment, and special skills too. It is enough to calculate everything correctly and be accurate. Taking into account the democratic prices of products, this contributes to a significant reduction in repair costs. The tile is easy to cut and has exact dimensions that allow you to place elements end-to-end. The result is a seamless finish and no dirt accumulates between the floor tiles. In the event of damage to the coating, replacing one or more fragments will not be difficult.

The tiles are made from sustainable multi-layer materials. It is highly resistant to abrasion, moisture and mechanical damage, does not burn in air. High strength of the material is achieved by pressing. The smooth polymer surface makes it easy to clean. These floors are easy to clean and leave no stains. The material is resistant to alkalis, acids and other active substances. Perhaps its only drawback is its relatively low frost resistance, it breaks down at temperatures below -15 C. Fiberglass is used as a basis that prevents deformation and shrinkage of the tile. The pattern is located throughout the entire thickness of the product, therefore it has high abrasion resistance. The product range is wide and attractive. The most popular are the colors that imitate natural materials: wood, stone, leather. Monochromatic tiles are also available in a variety of colors. The variety of colors and textures allows it to play a prominent role in interior design. Designers are willing to use different kinds products for spectacular patterns or color contrasts. At the same time, the use of a single color material allows you to achieve visual magnification the area of small rooms. The tile does not slip underfoot and has excellent heat and sound insulation properties.

If desired, PVC tiles can be laid not only on the floor, but also on any clean surface: walls, furniture, plywood. According to the method of fastening, the tiles are self-adhesive, modular and fixed with adhesives. Laying on glue is carried out at a temperature of at least 20 C. Experts recommend buying material for two square meters more, since in most cases the dimensions of the tiles have to be adjusted along the length and width of the room. The modular coating does not need to be glued or backed up, as it does not slip either on the base or under your feet. When laying this type of tile on the floor, there are no restrictions on the condition of the surface. It may not be very flat or sloping, but this is not a problem for a flexible polymer. When assembled, the coating resembles a puzzle. Lock " dovetail»Provides reliable fixation of elements. As a rule, such tiles are square in shape and are available in various color options, which allows you to come up with a variety of solutions when decorating the floor. Unlike other types of flooring products, the covering is reusable, it can be disassembled and laid in any other place. For this reason, it is often used when holding mass events at outdoors or in exhibition halls.

Thanks to excellent operational characteristics of PVC tiles can be laid in public places, offices, retail premises, private houses, apartments, cafes, hotels, staircases, sports complexes. It is especially often used for finishing the bathroom and kitchen floor, which allows it to be maintained indoors. high level purity. For the right choice material, the class of use must be taken into account: household (21-23), semi-commercial (31-34) and industrial (41-43).

High quality vinyl flooring. This is a two-in-one floor: it simultaneously combines the advantages of linoleum and laminate. From the first he took elasticity, water resistance, high sound and thermal insulation: both are made of thermoplastic synthetic materials, but for PVC tiles, stronger polymers are used (in the composition modern models particles of quartz). With the second, it combines shock resistance (design feature) and realistic imitation of natural textures - wood, stone. Therefore, PVC tiles are called "quartz vinyl laminate". Initially, it was mounted only with glue. Now manufacturers also produce models with a lock.

PVC floor tiles have another advantage - modularity. Due to the specifics of the format, it is suitable for rooms of any geometric dimensions, including non-standard cases. In case of local damage, small strips can be easily replaced with new ones without deforming the rest of the coating. Caring for quartz vinyl laminate does not require laborious efforts: regular dry (using a vacuum cleaner) and wet cleaning(using a medium strength detergent). However, it is not recommended to use chemical solvents or abrasive powders to clean it - they can damage the coating.

Laying PVC tiles on the floor, what you need to know

Linoleum, or rather, rolled PVC cover, has long established itself as a reliable, very attractive, hygienic and, most importantly, inexpensive floor solution both in home premises and in offices, shopping centers, childcare, nightclubs, and many other commercial and public buildings. Of course, linoleum, as an inexpensive flooring, has many advantages, but there are also several disadvantages.

Firstly, it is rather difficult to transport and lift a roll covering to a high floor. Secondly, if on a noticeable defect forms on the coating, you will either have to mask it with a rug or furniture, or simply change it. To get creative with linoleum as, for example, with tiles, will not work either. You can, of course, combine linoleum of several colors in one room, cutting it out in a wave, but complex combinations will not be easy to carry out.

The so-called PVC floor tiles ... This material is also called vinyl, polyvinyl chloride, plastic and linoleum tiles, as well as design modular cover for the floor. In fact, this is practically the same linoleum, only very high quality, cut into slabs. The size range of PVC tiles is very wide: there are tiles 25 by 25 cm, 30 by 30 cm, 30 by 50 cm and even 70 by 90 cm and others. Thus, plastic floor tiles are both square and rectangular - as they say, choose the taste.

PVC or PVC floor tiles has existed on the market for a very long time, but in our country it has not been in demand for a long time for the repair of home premises. But in Europe and the USA, PVC tiles are very often laid both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Of course, the choice in favor of such a tile is made when it is required to minimize the cost of repairs. Such a tile is very cheap compared to ceramic tiles and even more porcelain stoneware. But it also serves not as long as a stone one. It does not swell or break, but it loses sight.

In our country, much more often PVC coating was used (and continues to be used) for floors in garages, warehouses and industrial premises... However, the emergence of the so-called PVC designer tiles - beautiful, bright, imitating natural materials - has increased interest in this flooring for the home. Renowned manufacturer Tarkett also produces PVC tiles, and very high quality.

PVC tiles: what's inside

Polyvinyl chloride or PVC tiles, like artificial linoleum, are multi-layer. Lower and
middle layers
such tiles consist of dissimilar materials interspersed with PVC. This makes the material elastic and ductile, but moderately hard. The same layers provide warmth to the floors and protect the floor from possible deformation. The base can be fiberglass or some other non-woven material. The bottom surface of the first layer is usually rough, which makes it easier to adhere the tiles.

Next layer- color, on which one or another color or pattern is applied by photo printing. Upper layer - this is a layer of transparent polyvinyl chloride, and the thicker this layer, the more reliable the tile. PVC tiles can be reinforced one more layer- polyurethane coating for durability and ease of maintenance.

During production, the tiles are processed with high pressure, due to which the material acquires increased strength. At the same moment, as a rule, a surface texture is created that imitates the texture of a natural material.

The thickness of the tiles is different: usually it ranges from 1.5 to 3.5 mm, but it is also thicker. Accordingly, the thicker the tiles, the stronger and more reliable they are.

PVC floor tiles: advantages

1. Easier to transport than rolled linoleum.

2. Generally, PVC floor tiles are more durable than household and even commercial linoleum.

3. Has many colors and textures, imitates great amount various materials.

For example, such a tile, imitating, is ideal for a bathroom

4. The floor on which the PVC tiles are laid will be warmer than the floor finished with laminate, which is characterized by a higher thermal conductivity. Floors with PVC tiles will be quieter than laminate, parquet and stone tiles if you walk on them with shoes (this is especially important if the floor covering is chosen for a public building).

5. PVC tiles are not afraid of moisture. And even if some of the tiles come off due to the flood, it will not be difficult to glue them again.

6. PVC tiles will not shatter or shatter like porcelain stoneware tiles. PVC tiles will not swell when "flooded" like laminate flooring.

7. Modern manufacturers design PVC floor modules make them non-slippery (for example, Tarkett tiles).

8.
Laying PVC tiles, you can go all out and “get creative” enough: lay the tiles in a checkerboard pattern, chaotically, with rhombuses. Using tiles different colors, you can create interesting combinations - for example, lay out patterns a la Tetris figures in the center of the children's room.

The tiles are easy to cut, so you can do "appliqué", creating almost any shape on the floor. Narrow rectangular PVC tiles can be laid with a herringbone pattern, like parquet. In a word, there are much more options here than with linoleum, laminate and even porcelain stoneware.

9. Vinyl (PVC) tiles do not require a backing.

Disadvantages of PVC floor tiles

There is, in fact, only one drawback. Whatever one may say, but PVC is PVC, that is, an artificial material. If funds allow, it is better to decorate living quarters with only natural materials.

Vinyl tiles (pvc) floor: installation

First, of course, you need to prepare the base of the floor. This is necessary before installing any floor covering. The surface must be clean, level and dry. If necessary, use a leveling compound after removing the old floor covering. If the floor is already level, you need to cover it with a primer and let it dry.

Beacon tiles are glued first. Usually, the center point of the floor is determined (using a tape measure, chalk and a pencil) and two perpendicular straight lines are drawn through it. Beacon tiles are laid along these lines (axes). Although beacon tiles can be made from the entrance, if the room is level, and the eye is in all right... But it is more correct to glue the tiles along the perpendicular axes. Focusing on the beacon tiles, you need to continue to lay the tiles up to the walls.

We glue beacon tiles along the drawn lines

What to glue PVC floor tiles on? You can glue PVC tiles on any glue suitable for PVC, including PVA. But it is better to choose exactly the glue recommended by the tile manufacturer (see information on the package). The adhesive is applied both to the floor and to the base of the tiles. Excess glue is removed immediately. It is much easier to work with PVC tiles with an adhesive base : you just need to remove the protective layer and immediately glue the tiles. In principle, you can also glue PVC tiles to the floor with double-sided adhesive tape.

Having applied the tile, greased with glue, to the floor, it is advisable to roll it with a rubber roller or tap it slightly with a rubber mallet. The second tile is placed to the first end-to-end.

You can use a carpet knife or wallpaper knife to cut the tiles. One secret: the tile will cut more easily if it is slightly heated - use a hair dryer for this.

By the way, please note: some manufacturers place an arrow on the back surface of the tile, indicating the direction in which the tile should be laid. This is necessary to preserve the integrity of the optical effect intended by the manufacturer.

Laying PVC tiles quickly and easily: per hour of work, 1 person can cover 2-3 square meters of the floor .

PVC tiles: the required amount

Counting the number of tiles , keep in mind that part will have to be cut for laying against the walls. It is also recommended that you buy a spare box of tiles if there is room to store it. If one of the tiles gets damaged, you just need to remove it, throw it away and glue another in its place.

PVC tiles: not only for the floor

PVC tiles can also be glued on walls - or rather, on sections of walls. For example, to highlight. Black and white square tiles can be used to create on the wall chess board... PVC tiles are sometimes clad in walls.

PVC tiles with interesting patterns and textures are used to decorate furniture - for example, cover the lids of old dressers with it. In short, for a floor it is not just a floor, but an excellent finishing material, the scope of which is limited only by the designer's imagination.

Modern floor coverings should not only be beautiful, but also durable, safe, not afraid of moisture, and easy to install. All these properties are possessed by PVC floor tiles.

What are vinyl tiles and PVC floor tiles?

Vinyl tiles have appeared on the market relatively recently, but have already become popular among interior decorators. It can be compared to linoleum cut into squares or rectangles. But the manufacturing technology of such a floor covering is different from linoleum.

All this is one whole. Vinyl tiles are PVC flooring, a multi-layer material that is flexible and dense at the same time. The base layers contain vinyl and resins in combination with stabilizers, plasticizers and fillers.

The mass is pressed into molds, then a film with a pattern is applied, a transparent PVC film that creates a protective layer, a layer of polyurethane is added on top of it, making the product durable.

There are two types of PVC tiles:

  • vinyl;
  • quartz-vinyl - has a special wear resistance, but its cost is much higher than vinyl.

Vinyl floor tiles have another advantage: they are cut into squares or rectangles that are easy to install and combine. The cost of the material is quite high, but, having calculated required amount tiles, residual clippings can be minimized.

Views

PVC floor tiles differ in the way they are laid:

  • with a self-adhesive base or without an adhesive layer, for the installation of which it is additionally necessary to purchase a special glue. For such a tile, it is necessary to prepare a flat surface and lay it strictly in the joint. As a result, a coating is formed that is thoroughly tied to the floor;
  • with a lock fastening to each other. Locks can be mechanical or adhesive, with the help of which each tile is fastened to each other and does not require gluing to the base.

How to choose a PVC tile

When choosing a tile, several factors should be taken into account, for example, environmental friendliness when it comes to finishing a children's room, wear resistance for places where furniture on wheels will be used, etc. In the case of wear resistance, pay attention to the class, information about which the manufacturer indicates on the packaging.

There are several classifications of vinyl tiles:

  • the most inexpensive and less durable class is considered to be 21-32, protective covering thin and its use is limited to minimal mechanical stress (suitable for bedrooms and living rooms);
  • class 33-42, such a tile is thick enough and reliably protected by a durable layer that allows the use of furniture on wheels (optimal for a kitchen, bathroom and corridor);
  • for industrial facilities with intense exposure, class 43 is suitable, for a house it makes no sense to take it, first of all, because of the high price.

In order to avoid different shades PVC tiles, it is recommended to buy the same series.

Dimensions (edit)

Tiles differ in thickness, width and length. Special attention when selecting, it is necessary to pay attention to the thickness of the material: single-layer models are usually in the range of 1.5-2.5 mm. They are less durable due to the absence of a backing and a thick protective layer.

Better models in terms of durability reach a thickness of up to 5 mm. Moreover, the material on a foam PVC substrate behaves well during wet rooms, and on a warm substrate are suitable for dry.

Dimensions (edit) square tiles can be (cm):

  • 30x30,
  • 50x50,
  • 65x65.

Therefore, it is quite easy to choose for your room, knowing the area of the covered surface.

Advantages and disadvantages

Any flooring has its own strengths and weak sides... The advantages of PVC vinyl tiles include:

  • ease of installation, when during the installation process there is no need to free the entire floor surface from furniture, it can be rearranged to the free space already covered with tiles;
  • high performance characteristics;
  • ease of care, tiles are not afraid of moisture and detergents... At correct styling the joints are reliably sealed and do not allow water to pass through;
  • the material is warm and non-slip. Such a floor can be laid in a bathroom with imitation of a tile, but at the same time there will be no discomfort;
  • has soundproofing properties;
  • does not deform during operation;
  • the coating is not afraid of drops of sharp and heavy objects (especially quartz vinyl version);
  • low cost in comparison with other modern floor coverings;
  • despite the absence of natural ingredients, it is environmentally friendly.

Disadvantages are limited to the following items:

  • it is necessary to carefully prepare the surface before laying the tiles, especially for thin options;
  • not suitable for use over underfloor heating, with the exception of special models;
  • when cleaning, do not use substances based on acetone.

The 10-year service life declared by the manufacturers has not yet been confirmed by practice.

What styling tools are required?

No special tool for PVC mounting no tiles required. It is enough to prepare:

  • level 2 m long;
  • measuring tool (tape measure, ruler);
  • a pencil for marking;
  • a stationery sharp knife for cutting plates to the desired size;
  • to apply glue (if necessary), a fine-toothed spatula is required;
  • pressure roller or felt bar.

Laying methods

The most simple option it is considered to be the usual laying butt-to-joint. To simulate wooden floors you can lay tiles with an offset. It can be half or a third of the "board", which looks good in any room. To create a parquet effect, the planks are placed in a herringbone pattern.

Standard laying patterns:

Tiles, contrasting in color, will revive the space of the room, make it brighter. And in shades of the same color they will create a luxurious interior.

The combination of tiles imitating different materials, for example, stone and wood will become original decision for the kitchen or corridor.

With PVC tiles, you can even create the effect of a carpet or a unique mosaic on the floor. Some types have intricate designs, which is what designers use to create a boring interior.

  1. When starting to work on laying vinyl tiles, pay attention to the microclimate of the room: the air humidity should be no more than 60%, the temperature should not be lower than 20 ° C, while maintaining such parameters for 24 hours after finishing the finishing work.
  2. Before using the material, it is necessary to release it from the packaging and let it rest in the room for 24 hours.
  3. The moisture content of the floor should be no more than 5%. If you don't have a moisture tester, use a piece of polyethylene and stick it to the floor with masking tape for a day. If after the condensation has not formed, then you can start work.
  4. Drafts are not allowed.
  5. Indoors with high humidity it is recommended to treat the base with an anti-mildew and mildew agent.

Mounting

After choosing and buying a material, the first thing to do before installation is to prepare the base for laying PVC tiles. Vinyl tiles are not capricious with the base material, but it should be as even as possible. Easy to fit on:

  • concrete base,
  • plywood,
  • Fiberboard, etc.

The wooden floor must first be leveled with plywood sheets 12-15 mm thick. Please note that a gap of 2-3 mm should remain between the sheets, taking into account thermal expansion, the fasteners are recessed. All joints must be carefully putty. The best option for this would be an acrylic putty, which has smoothness and elasticity. Additionally, the surface can be primed to reduce glue consumption.

The tiles are laid on a dry base without dust and dirt.

When choosing an adhesive, it is necessary to take into account not only the characteristics of the PVC tile, but also the material of the base on which it is laid.

PVC adhesive tiles

Before starting to work directly with tiles, you need to decide on the method of installation. Previously, you can lay them out on the floor and evaluate how the drawing will look and avoid getting defects on the front side. Then mark the lines according to the specified dimensions so that it is more convenient to glue the tiles.

Eliminate the impact of direct sun rays to the base by means of closure window openings thick cloth or paper. When the sun's rays hit the base, it dries out unevenly, which will affect the result of the work.

Decide how the adhesive will be applied to the tile surface. The area of its application will depend on the open holding time, which was set by the manufacturer for a particular brand of glue. Avoid double layers of glue by removing excess glue that has squeezed out onto the base.

Laying PVC plates on top of linoleum or ceramic tiles is not allowed.

Step-by-step instruction:

If the coverage area is more than 10 sq.m. for better adhesion and removal of air trapped between the substrate and the coating, roll over the entire surface with a roller. Repeat rolling after 20-30 minutes again.

The video details how to cover your floor with flexible vinyl tiles.

Self Adhesive Vinyl Tiles

Working with a material with an adhesive layer is considered easier.

A protective layer is removed from each part and stacked strictly along the outlined lines. From the center of the room in the direction from the door to the far side. Observe the laying direction of the vinyl tiles.

Thoroughly evacuate air from under the tiles and smooth each tile for better adhesion to the substrate. To do this, first glue the side part, hold the other in weight and gradually lower it, smoothing it down. The tiles should fit snugly together.

Locked Vinyl Tiles

The PVC tile with a lock should be started from the wall, making a small gap of a few millimeters. The assembly principle is reminiscent of working with a laminate, the locks should look inside the room.

The example below shows how to install PVC quartz vinyl tiles.

Self-adhesive vinyl tiles

The surface is thoroughly cleaned from dust and dirt beforehand. Vinyl tiles with smart tape adhesive lock are installed without backing and do not adhere to the substrate.

You can mount it on a wooden floor, concrete, old laminate, hard linoleum, ceramic tiles. Those. any coating with strength, rigidity and integrity will do. Stacked on one layer of the previous surface.

Forbidden! Lay tiles at an angle, because partial bonding has already occurred in the upper (A) and lower bar (B) adhesive tape and a gap is formed.

Laying Vinyls with glue lock:

For glue locks, carefully align the tiles with each other and iron them.

Let's list the main mistakes when laying quartz-vinyl tiles:

  1. Using a backing. The tiles must be laid on a rigid base that the underlay does not provide. From this comes the deformation of the tool joints;
  2. Excessive adhesive application. A thick layer of glue inevitably leads to the squeezing of residues into the joints;
  3. Taping of tiles with a lock connection. The use of physical force can damage the lock connection;
  4. Draft in the room where the tiles are being laid;
  5. No gap is left between the covering and the wall. A temperature gap of 3-5 mm from the wall is required.

Roll coatings

Roll coating requires preliminary layout on the surface for leveling. Therefore, you should roll it out on the base and leave it for a day. Only then cut out according to the size of the room. Then apply an even layer of glue, lay on the base and roll thoroughly with a rubber roller. The next roll is stacked end-to-end with the previous one.

Manufacturers

World leaders in the flooring industry produce PVC tiles. Let's name a few of them:

  • Tarkett;
  • Fatra;
  • Graboplast;
  • Lentex;
  • Forbo-Sarlino;
  • LG Dekotile.

Design

A wide range of colors and textures allows you to decorate the floor with PVC tiles for a room in any style. Among the varieties there are imitation natural materials: stone, granite, marble, wood, etc., in monochromatic versions, as well as with various designs.

Rectangular views are used instead wood flooring, they imitate perfectly parquet board or a regular wood floor. You can assemble a spectacular panel from squares of different colors.

Examples in the interior of PVC floor tiles

Vinyl tiles are suitable for any room in the house: kitchen, living room, hallway, bathroom. A wide range of materials allows you to create various variations decor. It is easy to combine, combining tiles of different colors and textures. For creative and loving people non-standard solutions this kind of flooring will be a godsend.

Or ceramic tile can no longer satisfy the specific requirements of consumers. Therefore, manufacturers are developing new composite materials that combine the performance characteristics of several types of coatings. One such material is PVC floor tiles. Otherwise, it can be called vinyl, quartz-vinyl, laminate or linoleum tiles, LVT coating (LVT - Luxury Vinyl Tile).

Quartz-vinyl tiles, imitation terracotta pattern

PVC tiles consist of the following layers:

  1. The outer (front) protective layer is transparent polyurethane hardened by ultraviolet radiation.
  2. The decorative layer is a drawing on a polymer film.
  3. The main layers are PVC with mineral (quartz) chips.
  4. Fiberglass - used in high quality expensive composites. Prevents thermal deformation of the product.
  5. Finishing layer made of PVC or adhesive. Depending on what material is in the base, different laying methods are practiced.
Important! Budget vinyl tile brands can have only three layers: outer protective, decorative and base. As a rule, such products are less strong and durable. There is also a monolithic PVC tile (usually modular), which is used mainly for cladding technical rooms.

As for the tile format, it all depends on the characteristics of the room where the flooring needs to be installed:

  • for small rooms, it is advisable to use square or rectangular tiles of a small format, this visually increases the area;
  • when facing PVC with a coating in the form of a laminate of corridors and long rooms, the elements should be oriented across the room or at an angle.

Leading manufacturers

  1. Vinilam - Belgium.
  2. Decoria from South Korea.
  3. LG Decotile - South Korea.
  4. PERGO - China.
  5. Fine Floor - Ukraine.
  6. Tarkett is a Russia-Belgium joint venture.

Features of laying tiles

Laying PVC tiles is a much less time-consuming process than installing most floor coverings. However, it also requires careful preparation of the surface, as well as special care when installing the starting rows. Depending on the type, there are three main techniques for laying vinyl flooring.

Various design options for laying PVC coverings, layout of elements and appearance in the interior:

Used tools

Most of the tools that may be needed when laying PVC tiles are at the disposal of every self-respecting home master... No specialized or expensive devices are required. This is another advantage of PVC coating. For ease of use, some tools undergo minor upgrades:

  • metal one- or one-and-a-half meter level, ruler or rule. It is used for an emphasis when cutting. To metal tool did not slip on the surface of the tile, on its back side glued on Double-sided tape and lightly wakes up with talcum powder, plaster or flour.
  • stationery or construction knife with replaceable blades;
  • tape measure, square;
  • rubber hammer - if a covering with end lock joints will fit;
  • lapping - normal wooden block, on which several layers of felt are stuffed. Used for self-adhesive tiles. Special rollers for rolling are sold on the market, but with a small amount of work, their purchase is unjustified;
  • notched trowel - if the coating is applied to the adhesive. The tooth should be triangular, small 1x2 mm;
  • building hair dryer - necessary if you need to lay tiles bypassing pipes. It is used to warm up the material, after which it is much easier to cut.

Important! Cutting the PVC cover is quite easy. On front side an incision is made. After that, the material is bent along the cut line and the inner layers are cut. To facilitate bending, it is recommended to first warm up monolithic and thick-layer tiles with a construction hairdryer.

Preparation of the base

A cement-sand screed can be used as a base material, and others sheet materials... They must be pre-treated with a primer (especially the screed) to normalize moisture absorption. In some cases, installation on old flooring, such as tiles, is acceptable. However, all intercellular spaces must be carefully sealed at the same level as the tiles.

The best option is to use a new subfloor made of moisture-resistant plywood 15-18 mm thick. Plates are laid with an offset of the seams. Gaps up to 2 mm wide are left between them to compensate for thermal expansion. Seams are carefully sealed with acrylic sealant.

Styling process

  • On the glue. A special adhesive is applied to the surface of the substrate with a notched trowel. It is necessary to evenly distribute the mixture over the entire contact area. Depending on the type of glue, the tiles can be laid immediately after application or after a while 2-5 minutes. PVC tiles, after laying on glue, are carefully touched rubber hammer or rolled in, rubbed in. The purpose of these manipulations is to completely get rid of the air under cover.

  • With a lock. Regardless of the type of interlocking joints, laying is carried out from the far wall. If necessary fasteners cut from one side (when the first tile is located in the corner - from two). They recede from the wall to the width expansion joint- 2-3 mm. Subsequent elements of the composition dock with the first, driving the tool joints, especially the end ones, gently tapping with a hammer.
