Frame gazebos with barbecue. Closed winter gazebos in the country

Currently, a closed gazebo is considered something familiar in Everyday life... The presence of a barbecue only enhances it positive traits... Variations of this simplest structure great amount, the choice remains with the owner of the site where it is planned to build it.

Choosing a construction site

When housing is the place permanent residence, it is more profitable to build a gazebo with a barbecue inside. Their varieties are very common, so it is easy to choose the most suitable option that will harmoniously fit into landscape design... In the variant with closed openings it is possible to connect heating appliances when the air temperature drops, which increases the frequency of using the gazebo in the cold season. The location of the gazebo on the site should be thought out to the smallest detail. The view from the windows to the road or vacant lots is not the best option.

The design of the building must comply with the same principles, not only in architecture, but also in color.

It is necessary to investigate the land ownership or its plan. The proximity to living quarters and communications gives a huge advantage. The distance from the planned barbecue area with barbecue to the house cannot be less than 8 meters in accordance with fire safety rules. It is worth considering in advance the location in relation to neighboring plots so as not to cause discomfort to their residents. A large gazebo should be erected on a sunny place of ownership, small buildings look better in the shade of trees. The approaches to the future structure must be cleared of obstacles, paths must be laid.

Project development

In order for the monetary investments for the construction of the gazebo to be not large, you should clearly think over the entire project to the smallest detail.

At the design stage, it is necessary to solve such issues as:

  • choose a building material from which a warm gazebo will be made. Walls for the "winter" version should be made of brick or timber, which will provide comfort in cold weather, since these materials have low thermal conductivity. If the financial side allows, the construction can be made from materials of a new generation. They are more durable, but also more expensive;
  • selection of the most suitable roof option;
  • decide on the method of filling and the type of foundation. For closed options arbors used tape or monolithic foundation from slabs;
  • the design idea of the gazebo can be implemented in any form. The main thing is that it fits into the landscape of the adjacent territory;

  • you should choose the type of barbecue, which will reduce the cost of building a base for it;
  • it is necessary to think over the communications that will be connected to the building under construction;
  • provide ventilation hatches and high-quality chimneys, since safety comes first;
  • the shape, size of windows, methods of their glazing should also be determined at the project stage;
  • variations of indoor and outdoor lighting.

Brickwork

Walls built of bricks serve for many decades. They are quite practical and of high quality. In general architectural style the color scheme of brick products is selected in accordance with the color scheme. It can be either natural red or white. But it is worth considering that white brick is less resistant to the conservation of thermal energy, because it cools down much faster than red.

When building a closed brick gazebo, you should opt for a tape-type foundation, since the frame will have a rather large weight.

Brick construction has the following positive aspects:

  • the service life is unlimited, it is durable;
  • the choice of any shape of the gazebo is possible;
  • it is possible to combine different materials;
  • wall cladding inside and outside can be varied;
  • high moisture resistance;
  • the ability to put and secure a brazier of any kind.

TO negative sides brick gazebos of a closed type belong to the following:

  • preparation of a solid strong foundation is required;
  • the price value depends on the price of the brick and its quantity.

Arbor made of wood

Such a structure will delight with environmental safety. Natural colors and aroma of wood help to improve the health of the body. Wooden buildings blend harmoniously with country-style design. But any wooden room with a barbecue inside must necessarily comply with the conditions of increased fire safety.

The advantages of a wood arbor are as follows:

  • an uncomplicated view that harmoniously fits into the surrounding nature;
  • shortened construction time;
  • the foundation may not be solid, but lightweight;

  • environmentally friendly materials;
  • healing components certain types wood;
  • excellent frost resistance;
  • low thermal conductivity.

With many of the advantages available, there are also disadvantages such as:

  • tendency to decay with high humidity... To avoid it, you need to treat the surfaces with a special primer coating solution;
  • under the influence of negative meteorological conditions, there may be a violation of the shape of the structure;
  • increased tendency to a fire source. In this case, a good ventilation unit and treatment of the surfaces of the premises with fire-fighting solutions.

Marking and laying the foundation

Before laying the foundation, it is necessary to prepare the site. If there is sod, it is removed along with the fertile soil layer. Germinating greens and plant roots will cause rotting with accompanying unpleasant odors... If the soils are sandy, the site for the building is covered with rubble, gravel, and unnecessary garbage. They are tamped and covered tightly with a layer of sand. On clay soil it is mixed with soil and tamped tightly. Provide free drainage of water from the walls and base.

When the project is drawn up, the drawings of the structure are completed and the site is prepared, you can begin to mark and lay the foundation. The stability of the future structure, the clarity and preservation of its forms depend on the correct and exact location of the base of the gazebo. The massiveness of the gazebo affects the size of the foundation. If the building is light, you can make the base in the form of pillars. This option is economical. For large, weighty buildings, a foundation of slabs is most often put, in the future it will be able to play the role of a floor covering. Ribbon view the base is suitable for any gazebo. The insulated frame model most often stands on a solid foundation.

Floor creation

The base of the future floor can be made of beams. The connection of such materials occurs with self-tapping screws and boards. Each piece of wood needs to be impregnated protective equipment from insects and decay. The coverage can be varied. Depending on the possibilities, you can choose ceramic floor tiles, concrete base, self-leveling floor or parquet option.

Convenience must be combined with practicality and ease of cleaning.

Erection of walls and roofs

Along the contour of the gazebo are exposed corner beams, which will hold the entire mass of the built roof. The walls are made completely closed or with openings, which will subsequently be glazed. After installing the racks, top rail bars. For a reliable connection, corners are used, they also connect the racks to the base. The next step in construction is the implementation of the middle level piping, if it is laid down by the project. After the walls have been erected, the roof is erected. At self-built the ridge or single-slope roof is popular. Cover its surface with various materials: ondulin, tiles, polycarbonate and others.

Barbecue device

Before finishing the surfaces in the room, you need to install a stationary barbecue. Options can be different - from brick, stone or metal. A stone or brick brazier implies a solid foundation. For a gazebo made of wood, a mobile barbecue is more suitable. Installation brick device better to provide experienced master... The base for the barbecue should not be less than 30 cm.

Then a double layer of brickwork is laid and a depression for solid fuels is thought out. After that, a niche is made for the place where food is prepared. Most often it is about seven rows of bricks, lined with solid masonry. After that, a chimney and a pipe are installed. On top of the pipe, a special visor, protection from precipitation, must be installed. A prerequisite in the gazebo with barbecue, the presence of windows is considered. They will help to ventilate the room from gases and smoke that appear after the combustion of coal or wood.

The portable type of barbecue is very convenient, since it can be used both in season and when traveling to nature. Such products are made of thin sheets of iron, light in weight. For quick collection, there are attachments from the sides. The negative quality of a portable barbecue is short term service. After a year of constant use iron base bends and burns out. When exposed to moisture, the brazier undergoes rusting, which also shortens its service life and degrades the quality of work. Keep hardware it is necessary in a dry room, and their timely processing and cleaning of carbon deposits should be carried out.

There is no doubt that portable barbecues will always have an advantage due to their compactness and lightness. In addition, they are not tied to a specific place and do not differ in high cost. However, it is unlikely that such devices can replace the warmth and comfort of a full-fledged stove, which has become the unconditional pride of the owners and decoration of any summer cottage... In addition, the choice and construction of the gazebo itself is also not an easy task. This article will help you find answers to questions about choosing the type of structure, material for its manufacture, style and place for construction.

Features and Benefits

One of the most important reasons for choosing a gazebo with an oven is the ability to comfortably cook food over an open fire, thereby obtaining a unique aroma. Moreover, the flight of fantasy may not end with banal meat. It can be other dishes as well: soups, smoked meats, vegetables. This minimizes the distance between the barbecue and the feast.

In addition, this is a great place for friendly meetings, family gatherings, noisy parties at fresh air or quiet evenings by the fireplace.

And do not forget that such a structure is a good reason not to worry that all plans will collapse due to bad weather.

Before building a gazebo with a stove, it is important to familiarize yourself with some of the nuances:

  • It is very important to calculate the exact parameters of the building, since in addition to the fact that the oven itself will occupy a fairly large area, it is necessary to leave free space around it, thereby providing not only space for furniture, but also thinking ahead of the number of people that will be accommodated in it.
  • Be sure to take into account safety precautions by carefully choosing safe materials for the construction.
  • Do not forget about the weather conditions. The canopy of the gazebo should also protect from slanting rain.

  • The foundation must be located above the water level.
  • The distance from the stove to combustible materials is from three meters.
  • And finally, the size of the oven itself should be determined by the functions that the owner prefers.

Views

Arbors can be conditionally divided into the following types:

  • Open (summer) gazebo for those who come to the dacha only during the planting and harvest season. These are the so-called awnings and rotundas that do not provide for the presence of walls. They are considered the easiest to build and do not require specific skills. Designed for favorable weather conditions and do not need communications. The most basic option with a foundation and a roof on supports.

  • Semi-closed building for those who are still dependent on weather conditions. This is the most demanded version of a gazebo for arranging a summer cottage. These include classic wooden structures and forged structures. Also, salvation from windy weather and private precipitation will be glass walls and suspended ceiling... Although they are often limited to simply the presence of curtains.

  • Closed (winter) gazebo designed for all-season recreation. Unlike an open one, there must be walls, communications and furniture. These are full-fledged houses with windows, doors, kitchen area and a place to relax. A variety of materials for construction can be used, from ordinary bricks to ready-made frame structures. Particular attention should be paid to the reliability of the foundation.

By classifying the gazebos according to the functional purpose of the stove, buildings can be divided into three types.

Gazebo with a Russian stove

More precisely, with a mini oven. This facility allows you to cook not only kebabs or grilled vegetables, but also to make porridge or pancakes. It is worth noting that the construction of such a gazebo is quite difficult and needs specialist guidance.

Gazebo with barbecue

Distinctive feature such a device is a method of cooking food - using skewers for meat or vegetables. Here, among the options are both mobile portable structures and stationary models, most often installed against the far wall. Such ovens are erected from bricks.

Gazebo with barbecue

Unlike the barbecue, here the process of cooking products does not take place on skewers, but on grates, which makes this option convenient, since you do not need to waste time on planting meat. However, it is much more difficult to clean the grate. Brick also serves as a material for a stationary furnace.

Portable barbecues can be installed in the center of the gazebo.

When choosing a gazebo with a barbecue, barbecue grills, it is important to consider the following factors:

  • open or closed gazebo - if the building is closed, supply ventilation is required;
  • materials of construction;
  • placement of points of fire;
  • a mandatory hole or, even better, a hood in the roof;
  • free space near the barbecue and barbecue at least 3 m.

Gazebo with fireplace

Positive features:

  • durability and reliability;
  • unconditional decoration of the entire site;
  • functionality (can be used as an oven, smokehouse, barbecue);
  • the warmth of the fireplace will warm you in any weather.

However, among all the advantages, there are also negative sides:

  • not portability;
  • high construction costs (in addition, it is advisable to contact a professional);
  • construction takes a long time;
  • needs a lot of wood fuel;
  • smokiness.

Gazebo with a cauldron

First of all, the cauldron in the gazebo is associated with fragrant pilaf. In this case, the stove itself is built in the form of a rectangle with a hole on top, into which a round cup is inserted - a cauldron, and a small door on the side for firewood or other fuel.

Gazebo with tandoor

Products cooked in such an oven are famous for their special taste and aroma. Salient feature in an unusual jug-like shape - a wide bottom and a narrowing towards the neck. The advantage is that the meat in the tandoor does not need to be fanned and turned over; it is hung on skewers and fried equally from all sides. It is mandatory to build a small podium in the gazebo for the oven, which will also serve as the bottom.

Built-in oven complex

Includes oven, grill and stove. Such a device will allow you to completely transfer the cooking process from a stuffy kitchen and cook almost any dish in the fresh air. For construction, it requires contacting specialists.

The most important thing when choosing a gazebo and a stove for it - consider not only appearance, but also the functionality and reliability of the design.

Material selection

Among the entire assortment of material for the future gazebo, it is necessary to navigate on the basis of what time of the year it is planned to use it. Most often, owners prefer open gazebos for lower costs. Consider the basic materials for the construction of a recreation area.

Made of wood

It is considered the most environmentally friendly and flexible material in terms of processing. And what could look more harmonious in the suburban exterior? Despite the fact that wooden gazebos are quite light, a foundation is required, which is also needed for installing a stationary oven.

Among the wood materials used:

  • timber;
  • logs;
  • boards;
  • reiki.

It is possible to increase the service life of a wooden structure with the help of special substances that prevent damage from moisture.

Cons of such buildings:

  • high susceptibility to moisture, fire and pests;
  • regular treatment of the structure with antiseptics, varnishes and impregnations;
  • a brazier or barbecue in such a gazebo is fire hazardous.

Of brick or stone

A significant advantage of these materials is their reliability and durability and, which is important, fire safety. Such buildings do not require any specific maintenance and will last for a long time. And the stone gives the site a pompous look.

For such a gazebo, you can use:

  • granite or marble (resistant to many conditions, but very expensive material);
  • sandstone (has an advantage due to its low cost and many shades);
  • boulder stone or quarry (often used for a foundation, have a rounded shape);
  • artificial stone (one of the most economical options, since the material is almost indistinguishable from natural stone).

Made of metal

The undoubted plus of such a structure is its high strength, no winds are definitely not afraid of it. In addition, such a gazebo can be installed without a foundation. However, do not forget that it all depends on the design. Heavy gazebos still need an asphalt base.

However, it is better to install such a building in the shade of trees due to its susceptibility to sunlight.

And you can't do without processing here either, since the metal is susceptible to corrosion.

Combination

The combination of materials in the construction of a gazebo is also commonly used, which looks very harmonious.

You can combine:

  • wood material;
  • stone;
  • bricks;
  • metal;
  • waste material.

Review of proposals from the manufacturer

Nowadays, many enterprises are engaged in the construction of gazebos. They provide construction and design services for all types of gazebos on a turnkey basis. A short 2-3 weeks, and the construction is ready. except individual project, it is possible to choose a ready-made version from the catalog of already completed works.

When choosing a company, you should pay attention to the provision of a guarantee and the ability to work without prepayment.

In addition to the direct construction of various gazebos, many firms provide services for equipping them:

  • barbecue ovens;
  • barbecues;
  • grills;
  • fireplaces;
  • ovens, etc.

The choice of ordering a turnkey design is the simplest, which cannot be said about savings.

For example, an octagonal grill-gazebo with an area of 17.4 sq. m for 10-20 people will cost 277,200 rubles. A gazebo for a barbecue made of stone for 6-9 people will result in 518,400 rubles.

However, you can still find a truly beautiful, high-quality and reliable product for a small fee. Some companies provide decent economy class options.

Such a budget design is a canopy on beams and thin railings.

Low cost due to:

  • the absence of the obligatory pouring of the base, you can use instead wooden blocks or piles;
  • ease of transportation and the possibility of dismantling;
  • the uncomplicated assembly, which allows you to install the gazebo yourself, will save up to 25% of the cost;
  • the possibility of choosing the "no floor" service, which will reduce the cost of the gazebo by 15-20%, because such a structure can be installed directly on the lawn or on a site covered with rubble.

The economy version of the design "without a floor" can be purchased from 55 thousand, with a floor - from 61 thousand rubles. It should be borne in mind that the declared features of the low price do not affect the quality in any way.

How to do it yourself?

First of all, you should decide where exactly the gazebo will be located.

Definitely, each owner has his own opinion on this matter. If the main purpose of the building is to create an atmosphere of tranquility, it is better to "lose" the gazebo in a secluded part of the garden. And if this is a meeting place for noisy barbecue companies, then best location- not far from the house so that the hostess does not have to run far. However, in order to avoid such situations, the gazebo can be equipped in advance with all the necessary kitchen utensils, water and electricity can be supplied.

Do not forget about arranging the path to the house.

It is important to consider not only the appearance of the gazebo in the exterior of the garden, but also what landscape will open from windows or openings, thereby creating a close relationship between guests and nature.

An important question is where to install a barbecue in the house. It is often advised to install it near the north or north-east wall. It should be remembered that the oven must be protected from the effects of the wind.

Getting started building a gazebo, check out the types of foundation:

  • The most common is columnar. The depth of such a foundation is close to 90 cm, and the columns themselves will be at a height of 20-30 cm from the ground. A couple of bricks are placed on the crushed stone, then cement mortar and another pair perpendicularly.
  • If the foundation of the gazebo is laid together with pile foundation at home, then a suitable option is screw piles.
  • The option of bored piles is dispensed with without extra costs.
  • One of the most difficult is the tape shallow foundation, the depth of which is not more than 40 cm.
  • The most durable is by right monolithic concrete slab... The high price is justified by its durability.

After the foundation is ready, you can proceed to the next stage. The floor is poured with concrete, and the proposed place for the barbecue oven is covered with a metal plate.

The floor covering must be made of non-combustible materials, as ejected embers can cause a fire. If the wooden floor is an old dream, then it is advisable to cover the area around the stove with sheet metal.

Bearing wall the stove is ideally laid out of bricks, thereby protecting from wind and high temperatures.

The sequence of laying bricks for a gazebo furnace is shown in the figure. The first rows fill the entire space of the barbecue, the next ones form the space for firewood. After the base of the oven, a frying opening is laid out, the height of which is usually seven bricks.

The "highlight" of the stove can be a side firebox, the door of which at the same time regulates the air flow. The originality of the stove will be given by various decorative elements finishes.

As mentioned above, a chimney is a must in a gazebo with a barbecue. It is carried out in circular masonry and lined with metal from the inside. The upper part of the barbecue is hidden by a special overlap, preventing precipitation from entering the fire. The use of acrylic varnish on brickwork will save you if it is not possible to cover the chimney with a roof.

The walls of the gazebo can be replaced with supports and combined with railings with balusters.

The final stage construction - roof installation. Experts advise using rafter system pine log with rectangular section... A layer of the selected roofing material is laid on top.

Design ideas

Among the variety of options for making a gazebo, you can choose the most suitable one. It is much more pleasant to be in the gazebo, which is beautifully decorated not only externally, but also inside. Below we list the most popular stylistic directions.

Chalet

  • good quality of construction, coziness and comfort;
  • wide overhang of the roof (it can protrude by more than a meter);
  • the slope of the roof is not only aesthetic, but also practical (thermal insulation due to the accumulation of snow);
  • the width of the cornices;

If you got on this page, which means that you are interested in gazebos with barbecue (barbecue or stove). Perhaps you are planning to build a similar structure on your site and are looking closely. Or just look for the most beautiful and successful architectural solutions.

We tried to cover as much as possible a large number of gazebos for different tastes to introduce you to both old and modern design solutions.

All photos are divided into categories (the content of the article is presented below). Therefore, you can immediately choose the gazebos that interest you, or just twist the article and flip through the photos.

In some places, comments and explanations will be given to a particular structure.

I would like to clarify that a brazier, a barbecue and a stove in the gazebos are most often a single stove complex that combines all three formats of cooking in one. Options are possible when the brazier, barbecue or oven just stands separately.

The most impressive, capital and expensive option is a gazebo with a stove complex.

In this case, the oven combines all options for frying meat and cooking other dishes. You can grill meat on the grill and barbecue. The oven smoothly turns into a stove, on which you can put a cauldron and cook pilaf.

This entire huge complex must fit somewhere, so the gazebos most often turn out to be impressive.

It is important to think over the roof, because a chimney must be carried out through it. Fire safety, the presence of traction, laying bricks - the creation of such a complex requires appropriate preparation, all the above points must be taken into account.

Stylish gazebo with a small stove complex

With barbecue

In the case of a barbecue, two options are possible:

  1. Brazier is located inside gazebos. It can be metal or brick. There is (hood, umbrella), which prevents smoke. It is necessary even if the gazebo is open.
  2. Brazier is located nearby with a gazebo, but outside. In this case, the gazebo may not have anything to do with roasting meat at all, since this process takes place outside. This option is cheaper and more practical, but requires additional space. In addition, the "charm" is lost because the meat is fried indoors, next to people.

The barbecue option is the most common - most people prefer to fry meat on skewers, and the barbecue grill can be adjusted with your own hands if desired.

Which option from the above is better is up to you, since this is a very individual moment for each person.

The brazier can be easily converted into a barbecue by adding a grate and guides over the coals.

In my opinion, a barbecue in the gazebo (with sufficient free space) has a positive effect both on the mood of the barbecue man and the whole company as a whole.

At the same time, frying meat is a delicate moment, you need a place for stringing the meat, besides, fat often drips onto the floor, provoking pollution and the like.

From this side, it is better to take the barbecue outside the gazebo. How many people - so many opinions.

The above photos show various projects of gazebos with barbecue.

I specially made a selection of closed, open, brick and metal barbecue.

Prices for such structures are very different, so if you are looking at buying or building on your site, then keep in mind that the main thing in such buildings is the idea. And you can already implement it from various materials, including cheaper ones.

The idea of an open seating area

With barbecue

Barbecue in the classic version is a method of cooking meat (from the English BBQ).

The very "barbecue woman", on which the meat is fried, can be anything. It can be made of bricks and in the form of a furnace. It can be metal to match the barbecue. There is even an option similar to regular stove(frying occurs due to electric heating).

Therefore, when people talk about a barbecue and a gazebo, the question immediately arises - in what format would you like to see this tandem?

Classic electric barbecue

Most opinions boil down to the fact that for the gazebo it is enough to install an ordinary barbecue, on which the grill is simply laid and the meat is fry. Therefore, the buildings in this category are not very different from the previous ones.

Barbecue is a method of cooking meat (from the English BBQ).

Separately, I can only highlight. They are arranged in such a way that the hearth is located in the center of the room, it is there that the meat is roasted. A table is located around the hearth (in some cases it is shifted slightly to the side).

The design of such houses is usually simpler than standard ones. The price turns out to be cheaper, since this house is brought in a collapsible state and assembled in one working day. Of course, we are talking about amounts of more than 150 thousand rubles. There, one grill costs quite a lot of money.

With oven

As already mentioned, the oven can combine all three formats (grill, barbecue and the oven itself). But she can also perform only her main function - to cook pies, bread and other dishes.

In this case, the furnace space must be covered with a metal shield; accordingly, the furnace design must be prepared for this in advance.

This option is the least used among all those considered. The thing is that you can't fry meat on skewers or a grill here, namely, the kebab is the most popular dish in our country.

Therefore, if you are considering the option of installing a conventional oven without an additional complex, then the meat will have to be fried on the grill nearby.

"Fabulous" gazebo with a hollow oven

On the Internet, I came across a very beautiful (if not colorful) gazebo in fairy style and with a stove. This is the case when a little imagination and ingenuity helps to create a masterpiece.

I don’t know how good it is in this furnace with draft and heat retention, but this structure looks very impressive.

Types of garden gazebos

The erected building should not only fit well into the design of the garden, but also be functionally convenient for use. Create garden gazebo you can use a barbecue made of many materials: wood, brick or metal. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages.

Wood

Wooden gazebos are a versatile addition to any garden plot... The following advantages can be noted:

  • does not require special financial costs and special tools;
  • sufficiently reliable and durable;
  • easy and quick to build;
  • no massive foundation needed.

Brick

The capital structure of such a gazebo, as in the photo, will cost you much more than a wooden one. Since the building is heavy, then the foundation for it needs an appropriate one. The benefits include:

  • fire resistance;
  • strength and durability, does not require annual repair;
  • protects well from rain, wind and snow. At capital building lovers to meet New Year in nature they will not freeze.

Metal

Forged arbors, as a rule, are bought ready-made or made to order. Its cost depends on the size and complexity of the model. Advantages:

  • durability, subject to the use of paints and primers;
  • fire resistance;
  • creates a special romantic atmosphere in your garden.

How to choose the right brazier

Braziers are portable or built-in. The choice should be made already at the stage of drawing up the drawing. The good thing about a portable grill is that its location can be easily changed at any time. However, built-in barbecues perform more features and equipped additional elements, for example, a niche for firewood, a shelf for storing dishes, a worktop. The massive construction of the built-in barbecue assumes a solid foundation. It is usually located on the north side.

Did you know that in our time there are technologies, the use of which will allow you not to use solid fuel (coal or wood) for cooking food and kebabs. Some braziers in barbecues are supplied with stones of volcanic origin, which are heated with gas or electricity. Heat transfer from them is twice as much as from wood and coal. In addition, there is no soot or smoke. After three years, the stones should be replaced.

In order for the gazebo to be as functional as possible, you should choose its location in advance and correctly. The choice should be made with the calculation of a convenient supply of communications: electricity, water, gas. Also, it is preferable to make a place for rest away from outbuildings, a toilet, compost pits or a country with animals.

Convenient gazebo, built near the house. You can use it not only for cooking kebabs and get-togethers with friends. It will be pleasant to sit in the gazebo in silence, observing nature.

Arbor with barbecue with your own hands

Before any construction, be it a gazebo or a house, a drawing should be created. It is necessary in order to accurately determine the amount of construction and finishing material, designate all the constituent elements of the building and choose the optimal shape of the roof.

Layout and construction of the foundation

So, after the drawings are ready, proceed to marking the site and laying the foundation. The marking stage is very important, because the entire future construction will depend on its correctness and accuracy.

The foundation is the next step. Its size will depend on the massiveness of the gazebo. When erecting light structures, they most often use columnar foundation... It is more economical financially. For heavy brick buildings, a tiled foundation is often used, which will subsequently serve as a floor. There is still strip foundation... It is optimal for both types of buildings.

In our example, the photo will use a columnar foundation. To install it, dig holes of the appropriate size, overlay the walls with roofing material, stick a few rods of reinforcement in the center and fill it with cement mortar. As a result, you should have columns protruding slightly beyond the soil level.

Sub-floor construction

The next stage is the construction of the floor. Its base can be made of wooden beams. It will be fastened with self-tapping screws and boards. When building open gazebo the floor should be sloped slightly so that rainwater does not collect.

Important! When building a gazebo, do not forget to impregnate Construction Materials means intended for protection. They will protect the structure from negative impact environment and insects.

Wall and roof construction

The basis of the entire gazebo is load-bearing corner beams. Their installation should be given Special attention, because the roof will hold on them. The walls in the gazebo can be solid or lattice.

The walls are followed by the construction of the roof. When building a gazebo with your own hands, they most often use a ridge or single-slope inclined structure. Ondulin or polycarbonate is used to cover the roof. A gazebo with a carved roof, braided flowering plants... But you cannot cook in it when it rains.

Installation of the barbecue

If you plan to equip the gazebo with a built-in barbecue, then it should be installed before exterior decoration... It should be remembered that brick or stone structures require a good foundation. In the lungs wooden gazebos it is better to use portable barbecues.

Making a durable brick brazier is not easy. It is necessary to know all the nuances and have some experience, so it is better to entrust this work to a specialist. For general information below we suggest that you familiarize yourself with the classic scheme of its construction.

You should decide what kind of brazier the gazebo will be equipped with even at the stage of creating a construction project, since when erecting the main foundation, it is necessary to lay the foundation for the built-in brazier. The thickness of the base should not be less than 30 cm.After that, make two rows of solid brickwork and a niche for solid fuel... The next step is making a cooking opening. Usually it is 7 rows of bricks lined with a solid wall. Then the grill should be equipped with a chimney and a pipe. They are laid out in a circle. A special roof is installed over the pipe so that precipitation does not fall inside the barbecue.

Construction of a summer kitchen with a stove

Any construction begins with a well-designed drawing, which will take into account all the subtleties of the frame and the nuances of placing important, one might say "strategic" details (such as a stove, for example). Correct drawing will show you a future building with different angles vision.

Unlike a gazebo, building a summer kitchen, such as the one in the photo, is a more time-consuming and complex process. It can also be made both open and closed.

Arrangement of the base and laying of the foundation

Before laying the foundation, the surface of the selected place should be leveled and the base of the future building should be marked. If your choice leans towards an open summer kitchen, then a platform that is not too deep, about 10-15 cm, is suitable for the foundation. To equip it, the specified layer of earth is removed along the perimeter, sand is poured into the formed pit, everything is carefully compacted and leveled. Then the base is covered paving slabs or brick.

Sturdy, heavy enough brick construction requires the construction of a complex foundation: slab, tape or columnar. It is buried 50-80 cm.

  1. The process of laying a solid foundation takes place in several stages:
  2. Removal of the top layer of soil to a depth of at least 50 cm along the entire perimeter of the building.
  3. Laying a sand layer 15-20 cm.
  4. Erection of the foundation.
  5. Floor equipment. A layer of crushed stone is laid on the laid and compacted sand. A concrete screed is made on top.

Important! Make the floor in the summer kitchen at least 5 cm higher than the soil level. This will exclude the ingress of precipitation during rain or snow.

Forcing walls

To build a stone kitchen, you need the experience of brickwork in one or half brick. It is easier and faster to make walls from a bar. In this case, wooden frame, the joints are fastened with screws. Corner beams are attached to the foundation using metal corners. Outer side the finished frame is sheathed with boards, sheets of drywall, clapboard or tiles.

Roof erection and installation of windows

If the summer kitchen is planned to be used in winter, then the roof structure should be of a gable type and covered with a layer of thermal insulation. The final stage will be covering the roof with slate, tiles or ondulin. The summer kitchen, which looks like an open area, should also be equipped with a shed.

A closed room assumes the presence window openings... Large windows from polo to ceiling look interesting. They let in a lot more light into the room. When installing windows, make sure that the box fits snugly into the opening. During installation, you can use special silicone gaskets.

Installing the stove

Wood-burning stoves are financially economical. They are most often used in summer kitchens. The stove is made of special fireclay or refractory bricks... It is resistant to action high temperatures, heats up quickly and retains heat. Of course, with a solid fuel stove, the risk of a fire increases significantly, so immediately think over the ventilation system in the kitchen.

Interior decoration

The surface of the floor in the summer kitchen can be laid out with tiles, boards or linoleum. Most often, wood flooring is made, which gives the kitchen a special rustic charm. So that it does not deteriorate, it is coated with varnish or enamel. Very resistant to outside influence ceramic tiles, which are also popular and often used for summer kitchens.

For finishing the ceilings, boards with a thickness of 20 mm or sheets of water-repellent drywall are used. Boards before installation are usually covered with linseed oil, and drywall after installation - with paint.

To use the summer kitchen in winter, the walls are insulated with glass wool. For their decoration, use a wooden or plastic lining or drywall.

Proper care of the gazebo

The gazebo built by you with a barbecue will delight you longer if it is properly and regularly looked after:

  • clean the floor and walls of the open gazebo from snow, ice and fallen leaves;
  • treat all wooden and metal elements of the gazebo annually with special protective equipment;
  • regularly clean the cracks in the wood with putty;
  • cover open spaces in the gazebo for the winter with foil.
