Simple gazebos for giving with your own hands - photos of buildings. Do-it-yourself wooden gazebo in the country: detailed construction instructions and drawings What gazebos are made of

Do-it-yourself beautiful gazebo made of wood - stylish and practical small architectural form, which will help to decorate the infield in any direction of design. This is a comfortable resting place for outdoor recreation at any time of the year - right choice type of construction will help you enjoy the functionality of the gazebo, not only in the summer.

The tree is the most practical material to create a wireframe:

  • wood is easy to process with an affordable tool;
  • the material allows you to embody almost any style and shape;
  • wood is an environmentally friendly material;
  • under the condition of correct processing, tolerates well external influences- moisture, temperature drops;
  • the advantages of wood include high strength and durability.

Types of gazebos

According to the criterion of the features of operation and functional load, the following are distinguished:

According to the criterion of design features:

By the criterion of location on the site:

How to choose the style of the gazebo?

Depending on the style landscape design and a residential building on the site, you can choose suitable option gazebos:

Do-it-yourself gazebos for summer cottages are represented by two of their distant relatives:

Diy gazebos: where to start?

If you have chosen a style and design option, it is worth choosing a place for the location of the structure. Depending on the size and shape of the site, the dimensions of the small architectural structure... Consider the purpose for which you are installing the structure:

  • feasts for a large family in summer and winter or all year round;
  • decoration personal plot;
  • a convenient place for tea in the summer;
  • rest in large companies on holidays or weekends.

In the first case, it is worth choosing a secluded place, not very close to residential building so that non-friendly gatherings do not interfere with the rest of those who are in the house. Especially if several generations live in the house. As a decoration, the gazebo is installed so that it fits in as harmoniously as possible and emphasizes its features.

The gazebo for feasts can be made in a closed form by equipping a fireplace inside, a lighting system, installing heating devices... If you install it close to home, you can quickly carry food and dishes prepared in the kitchen.

How to make or infield? It is worth paying attention to the recommendations.

Choose a place for construction according to the following criteria:

  • the site should not be flooded;
  • preferably a flat, open place;
  • it is not necessary to install a gazebo next to outbuildings, etc.

Do-it-yourself photos and drawings of wooden arbors will help you choose the best option:

The foundation and walls for the gazebo

Depending on the type of soil, the purpose of the construction of the building, its parameters, we select the type of foundation: slab, columnar, tape. A massive construction needs a solid and reliable foundation.

Wall options:

  • wooden beam;
  • boards;
  • solid logs;
  • reiki.

If you are a professional, erect a structure complex shape, round or hexagonal, is not difficult. We recommend that a beginner start with a simple, square or rectangular gazebo with lattice walls - it looks sophisticated and stylish.

Do-it-yourself construction of a gazebo from a bar - video

Diy gazebo: drawings and dimensions

Consider the features of a small building, open gazebo made of wood. Characteristics of the future design:

  • size: 3x3 meters;
  • the height of the structure to the top is 3.5 meters;
  • 4-pitched roof;
  • columnar foundation.

The initial stage for the construction of a gazebo

Site preparation for construction. It must be cleared, excess vegetation removed, and the surface leveled. The size of the plot should be one and a half meters larger on each side than the building itself. Gazebo from natural wood do it yourself must be protected from flooding.

We buy materials for the gazebo

For a square building of 3x3 meters, it is necessary to purchase a bar in several section options:

  • 10x10 cm: 3-meter beams in the amount of 5 pieces for the base; 4 pieces of 2.3 meters in length for supports, 5 pieces of meter in length for the construction of the entrance, 3 pieces for strengthening and rigidity of the structure, for the center of other sides of the structure.
  • 10x4 cm: for the roof - 8 pieces of 2 meters each, 7 beams of 3 meters each for strapping and railings, beams of 2 pieces each in sizes 1 and 4.3 meters (roof cross and railing).

To create a gazebo, except for a bar:

  • massive batten: 4cm thick, 9 sq. m;
  • lining in the amount of 20 sq. m;
  • wooden slats;
  • inch for roof lathing;
  • roof covering;
  • bricks and cement;
  • 5 kg of nails and screws;
  • special processing agents for wood (about 15-20 liters).

Installation of a columnar foundation

How to build a gazebo with your own hands? It is very important to build the foundation correctly.

The optimal view for a small, open building is columnar. In this case, a brick is selected for it.

What you need to install a columnar foundation:

  • an item for digging holes for posts: a drill or an ordinary shovel;
  • level for alignment;
  • roulette;
  • material for posts;
  • cement;
  • steel reinforcement for structural reinforcement;
  • roofing material for waterproofing the bottom of a wooden arbor.

Want to save money? If you have a brick that has already been used, you can use it for the foundation.

A drawing is presented, according to which the territory for the installation of the gazebo should be marked.

The points at which the foundation pillars will be installed, it is necessary to dig holes. The last row of bricks should be at ground level. Before laying the bricks, you need to create a pillow that fits to the bottom of the pit. The pillow is made of rubble or sand.

Using the hydro level, you need to align the plane brick pillars... To ensure the rigidity of the structure, reinforcement rods must be inserted into the corner posts.

Given the size of the building, the result should be 9 columns: 4 corner, 4 intermediate between the corner, 1 central.

The supports should be located under the side walls every 2 meters. Considering that brick was chosen as the material for the supports, holes need to be dug with a shovel, they must have square shape... The recommended depth is 50 cm (at least). Hand drill used if the posts are made, for example, from metal pipes.

For the base, beams with a section of 10x10 cm in the amount of 5 pieces were purchased. The reinforcement, which remains on the surface of the posts, is placed in a hole drilled in the corner beams.

In order to connect the beams at their intersection, you can use the "half-tree" fastening technique. If everything is done according to technology, the result will be a reliable, durable design.

Installation of the floor in the gazebo

The structure can be made with or without a floor. Floor installation requires a foundation.

If there is no floor, it is required to prepare a platform for the gazebo, finished with paving slabs, paving stones. The option without creating a special area is also allowed for summer open buildings.

Now consider the option with a foundation and floors. Installation is carried out after the foundation is fully completed and strengthened. What you need for the floor:

  • timber;
  • edged board;
  • tools: hammer, drill, level, jigsaw;
  • nails.

The easiest way to create flooring in a gazebo is square or rectangular. The first step is to install the timber around the perimeter of the base. Fastening is carried out using reinforcement that protrudes from the foundation.

The next step is to install logs every 30-40 cm. The floor should not be tilted, so it is necessary to use a level.

And the last one is floor sheathing with planks.

For processing wood, it is necessary to use special substances to protect against decay, negative impact insects.

Installing the frame

For the frame, logs with a length of 2.3 meters with a section of 10x10 cm are intended:

  1. The surface of the beams must be smooth, and an electric plane can be used for surface treatment.
  2. It is necessary to make cuts for fastening the roof rafters. The thickness of the cut depends on the thickness of the planks.
  3. In the corners of the gazebo there are fittings that must be placed on the support pillars. To do this, at the end of the post, you must do small hole- about 1 cm in diameter.
  4. The posts must be absolutely straight upright - you need to use a level to check the position of the post.
  5. The position of the pillar is fixed using first rough and then finishing struts from a bar.

In addition to wood, PVC or steel tubes... Polymeric materials do not require special protection against decay.

Installation of a roof for a gazebo and clapboard sheathing

Construction process:

  1. For the roof, a cross is formed from wooden beams. For connection, you can use the "half-tree" technique.
  2. Cuts are made at the edges of the boards to connect with similar cuts on the supports.
  3. It is recommended to use a special block to increase the strength and durability of the joint.
  4. The structure is installed on supports.

After the frame is assembled, it is required to install the piping of the posts and railings.

It is planned to create a 4-pitched roof and cover it with bituminous tiles.

To create the roof, we use a 10x10 cm beam - an octagonal about 80 cm long is made from it. In the bar, he makes a cut for the first 2 planks. This is a post that will be fixed in the central part of the cross, it will provide the strength of the future roof.

2 rafters are connected in the "half-wood" way and are fixed in the grooves. We then attach the overlay to the central post a second pair of rafters. The entire structure is assembled on the ground.

When 2 pairs of rafters are fixed, we fasten 4 more planks so that their lower ends lie on a bunch of outer pillars.

If snowfalls with heavy snow are typical for winter in your area, you should take care of additional strengthening of the roof. You want to add support posts between the corner supports, above the center posts of the foundation.

Now you can go to the lining of the gazebo with clapboard and roofing work.

For covering the gazebo, we chose clapboard and special fasteners for its simple and aesthetic fastening. The roof is made of wood - strips up to 3 cm thick. We gradually sew up all roof slopes with these strips.

It is imperative to take care of creating a drain - the lower planks should protrude beyond the rafters by at least 10 cm.

In the future, on top of the cladding, the roofing will be laid. Choice roofing depends on stylistic nuances, financial capabilities.

The open parts of the gazebo, which are not lined with clapboard, can be decorated with thin wooden planks fixed in a criss-cross pattern.

Since work is carried out with wood, care must be taken to protect the structure from the negative influence of external factors. Wood is treated with special substances to protect it from decay.

Alternative: log walls

Projects for the construction of a gazebo in the country involve the use of logs to create side walls.

If you choose logs for the walls of the gazebo, keep in mind that you do not need a frame. Immediately, the direct stacking of logs in rows begins. The first row is mounted on a base protected by waterproofing. The corners are fastened by creating grooves at the ends. Docking is carried out at the corners. The number of rows depends on the project - for construction open type 3-4 rows are enough.

What material to choose for the roof?

The material that will cover the gazebo roof must meet a number of requirements:

  • resistance to moisture and temperature extremes;
  • high level of strength with low weight;
  • durability;
  • providing protection from precipitation (especially if the gazebo closed type and will be used in the autumn-winter period);
  • stylistic correspondence, if the house is covered with soft bituminous tiles, of course, it is better to use them for the gazebo.

The calculation of the roof rafter system depends on the choice of roofing material, so you need to think over all the points in advance. The weight of the future structure, which takes into account the roof as well, affects the choice of the type of foundation.

When choosing, consider the type of gazebo, its style and purpose.

What roofing options can be used for a wooden gazebo:

Foundation options for the gazebo

Above is an example of a technology for installing a columnar foundation. This type combines practicality and ease of installation. In your arsenal, there may be two more types of foundations for a wooden gazebo:

High-quality performance of the gazebo is the key to its durability and aesthetics.

Video about building a gazebo made of wood with your own hands

Neither dacha nor private house cannot be comfortable without a beautiful gazebo. The summer gazebo allows you to have a good time, enjoy the coolness on a hot summer day. The size and shape of the gazebo can be very different. The most important thing is that it fits into the interior of your territory and is similar in size and design. summer gazebos can be finished as different style, it can be a classic gazebo or Art Nouveau style. The shape can also be different, hexagonal, round or quadrangular.

The idea of building a gazebo in our country house belongs to my wife Svetlana. After a short advice, a decision was made. We will build by ourselves! Funding, project, well, design was entrusted to me ... Project !? It turned out to be not so simple, even with such an unlimited source of information as the Internet. I thought that I could easily find a bunch of detailed drawings, drawings, photographs and instructions in the all-round web, but alas ... Either I was looking badly, or ... The bottom line: I did not find what I wanted. Although I learned a lot of interesting things. Ready-made gazebos in the Moscow region are sold for 250-300 thousand rubles. per piece (however, with installation on site). At first I even doubted whether we could afford this idea. I counted roughly - it turned out that I can keep within 5 thousand.

Site selection and preparation.

It was decided to make the gazebo hexagonal ... which means we make a compass and draw a circle. The dimensions of the gazebo: diameter 3 meters, height 2 m. In the center there is a round table on a leg (we will do it at the very end, from the rest of the material), the roof - is this still a question? I want some natural tiles.... I haven't found anything yet.

Making the initial calculations, we use all the knowledge of geometry and a specially brought calculator.

They decided to make the foundation from half-meter oak posts ... It is already clear how the gazebo will be located. We tried to dig in the pillars strictly according to the level.

The assistant must be well fed ...

There was a break at the construction site. Children are in camps, and my wife and I were engaged in the selection and delivery of building materials. For the construction, it was specially bought: an electric plane (950 rubles), an electric jigsaw (630 rubles), a saw (100 rubles), different nails (about 300 rubles), a hammer (120 rubles), a tape measure (75 rubles). ... In the absence of a son, my wife and I built the necessary carpentry workbench(I will not describe how to do this, but already now it is clear that you cannot do without it - all building materials must be planed, cut out, hollowed out ...).

The process has begun ... first the processing of six pillars ...

We thought for a long time how to fix the pillars and transverse bars on the "foundation" ... We decided so (see photo), we will build - we will see correctly or not. (I will point out that none of us has a construction education and did not turn to the help of the consultant-neighbor Dmitritch).

Friday. We continued to prepare the pillars, on each it is necessary to make grooves for the bench and railings (photo below.

To install six pillars, it was decided to temporarily dig into the center of the pillar and tie to it. Each pillar is set strictly according to the level.

Hooray! We finished the skeleton of the gazebo. The temporary hut was removed - it is worth it, but not quite firmly. Hopefully, the roof rafters and the floor will finally "tie" the structure.

We began to prepare the mountings for the benches. Here is such a standard construction (photo below) very securely holds the bench. Six "jibs" were prepared using one template.

It was decided to cover the shop with a "gap", so that the structure did not look heavy, and the material consumption was less. Prepared (planed board, length - 39 cm, width - 10 cm, chamfer - 1.5 mm) we attach the boards to the bench. Align and chamfer when everything is nailed.

Weekend plan completed.

Friday evening ... Finished the installation of benches.

The homemade workbench was modified ... with such "clamps" it became more convenient to work with material of different widths ...

Saturday. Roof structure: 6 bars (100x50 mm) are attached to the central hexagons (diameter - 150 mm). Until recently, I could not believe in the reliability of this design.

The roof was first assembled on the ground, and then the whole family was raised up (and only, for this reason, there are no pictures of this moment).

We make cuts on the rafters, which will not allow them to part ... From above we nail to the post with a nail.

Friday. A lining was bought (26 boards, length - 2.5 m, width - 80 mm, for 1350 rubles). With the clapboard, it turned out very convenient: they brought everything at once on their "ten" and the length of 2.5 m after cutting by 80 cm gave a minimum of waste.

A rail was pre-nailed under the armrest - for fixing the lining.

Roof. The rafters are ready ...

We make a crate from a non-edged board for shingles... Friends advise to cover with "Catepal" material.

I decided to first make a table, and then cover the roof ... I really want to sit in the gazebos at a barbecue. Here is a rough sketch round table... The round in the center of the sketch is a fresh oak pillar (no need to buy, it was left from the old owner), then everything is clear - a skeleton made of 100x50 bar and cut with a planed board. In conclusion, we draw a circle and cut it with a jigsaw ... How easy is it in my words ... on Friday I will try it in practice.

We bought material: 12 meters of timber (50x70) and 12 meters of board 25 - for only 400 rubles. Oak table dug in more than a meter - so you can dance on the table ...

We make the table octahedral, and not round as they intended. With round fiddling much more ... Table diameter - 1.4 meters.

This is how the skeleton of the table turned out ...

The gazebo has already been covered with the first layer of colorless varnish ... One 3 liter jar (450 rubles) is gone. Will buy another one for the second layer and table.

The first evening was spent in a gazebo at a barbecue ... The wife's score is 5+. It remains for us to cover the roof. And the floors. Here it has not yet been decided unambiguously what to do. If at first thought - floorboard, now offered different variants: from sand (grandmother's option) to paving slabs... We think! If you can advise anything, I will be grateful.

Yes, that one-year-old grass that is in the photo on the right has nevertheless outgrown the gazebo, and we started with it together.

People come to the dacha to take a break from the bustle of the city and enjoy nature. However, during bad weather or sultry weather, you have to hide in country house... There is another option - to build a summer gazebo. Lightweight construction will become a decoration of the site and will protect the owners from bad weather. You can find many options for summer cottages. However, before independent construction such a design will have to learn a lot of subtleties of work. The choice of a particular option depends on the budgetary possibilities and the preferences of the hosts. To figure out how the simplest gazebo is built with your own hands, you should familiarize yourself with the main subtleties of the work.

Selection of materials and designs

The traditional material for gazebos is wood. When used, the building acquires natural beauty. The service life of wood is also quite long. If you choose for wooden elements arbors high-quality antiseptic impregnation, they can serve for more than one year. The cost of the material is also taken into account - wood is very cheap. It will take a little time to build such a gazebo. If you work slowly, you can do it in three days.

Another popular option that is often looked at when creating gazebos is metal. When assembling the frame of a structure made of metal pipes, the gazebo will be able to stand on the site for many decades. There are also myriad designs of light shelters for summer cottages. but main question, which faces the owners of sites - how to build a simple gazebo quickly and inexpensively?

The statement of such a task can be done with a wooden floor and a frame of a construction from a bar. A concrete base will be quite inexpensive. An accurate construction plan is drawn up before work. All dimensions and materials used are indicated in the drawing. It is important and correct to choose the place to install the gazebo. After that, the fertile layer of the earth is removed. The soil must be removed to a depth of 10-15 cm. After removing the soil, the site must be leveled.

Important! Very simple gazebos are made of wood, so the instructions will be calculated on the absence of metal elements in the structure.

Most practical to protect wooden supports bitumen or roofing material. If the wood comes in direct contact with concrete, it can be damaged. After 5 years of operation, wooden parts all the same, they will begin to rot, which can cause the gazebo to collapse.

To cut the tree from concrete base, pieces of pipe should be placed in the ground. It is necessary that they protrude 30 cm from the concrete. Holes for fasteners are made in them. With this arrangement of supports, eternal pillars are obtained that can support the roof of the structure for many decades.

The simplest gazebo for a summer residence does not require a device brick fences that would protect her from the gusty wind. A simple fence made of Euro lining will do. It can have a height of 80 cm. This fence is reinforced with two longitudinal beams. This will protect the back of the holidaymakers from being blown by the wind.

Polycarbonate structures

An alternative to eurolining can be sheets of cellular polycarbonate. Such material transmits light perfectly. It is convenient to fix it to wooden blocks... Polycarbonate is not afraid of heat and high humidity.

The roof frame of the structure is made of timber section 50x50 mm. A tent structure must be installed on the gazebo. It will be attached to the harness. The roof of a simple summer gazebo is usually covered with sheet roofing materials. For this purpose, choose polycarbonate, slate, metal tiles.

When creating a drawing of a gazebo for a summer residence, you need to calculate it exact dimensions and the width of the roof. This is necessary to simplify the work with the roofing material. So the sheets do not have to be cut into pieces in vain. It is better to keep the overlap for the side and end overhangs of the roof.

For example, for wave slate the size of the gazebo in length must be a multiple of one meter. In this case, the slope of the structure is 1.75 m long. When laying several rows of slate on one slope, it is necessary to take into account the overlap of sheets of 10-15 cm.

When considering other materials for the construction of gazebos, it is necessary Special attention to give cellular polycarbonate... It will be useful both for creating a high-quality fence and for constructing the roof of the gazebo. Polycarbonate is impact-resistant and lightweight. In addition, it can be installed on both wooden and metal carcass... Photos of simple self-made gazebos for summer cottages will help you understand how such structures are arranged.

It is appropriate to mount a polycarbonate gazebo in the shade of spreading trees. At the same time, the transparent material will provide an optimal level of illumination. Thanks to the translucent roof and dense foliage above the building, a pleasant partial shade is created inside the structure.

Features of the construction of simple gazebos

It must be remembered that a lightweight polycarbonate gazebo is a simple design. All that is needed to create it is a steel corner and a strip of the same material. For work, you will need to prepare a polycarbonate sheet and planed boards.

After concreting the corner supports into the foundation of the structure, it is necessary to weld them with a steel corner. To support the roof, one corner belt is welded to the uprights. Two belts must be fixed on the racks in their middle part.

Polycarbonate flexes well, so it takes a little time and effort to create an attractive arched gazebo roof. It is only necessary to fix two bent steel strips curved in the shape of an arch on the racks.

The roof, which is installed on a summer gazebo, can be made of elements bituminous shingles... To do this, you should purchase several OSB panels. They will become the basis for such a roofing covering.

OSB panels, even in the case of a small thickness (10 mm), are able to maintain sufficient rigidity. For this reason, such sheets do not need to build a frequent frame of wooden blocks. They are simply fixed on strapping bar constructions.

As already noted, the lightest building is not equipped with a frame frame. The foundation and floor covering often serves for her concrete screed... It must be reinforced with a steel mesh. Such a surface can serve as a foundation for a barbecue. If you want to use the gazebo and during winter frosts, the floor should be made of wood. At the same time, the base of the structure rises higher.

The foundation of the columnar type is quite simple to build, and the cost of materials is low. In order not to exceed the established financial limit, it is better to use a standard red brick for the base. The foundation is built quite simply - first, pits are dug for the pillars, and then brick supports are placed in them on concrete mortar.

The frame of the future structure is installed on the pillars. For this, a timber of 50x100 mm is selected. Wood flooring the floor, which will be laid on the bars, will be reliably protected from snow and moisture. If the gazebo is winter, its three walls can be made of polycarbonate.

Advice! By installing an open hearth inside the structure, you can get a rather comfortable room in which you can hold picnics.

Garden gazebo made of wood

Using simple drawings, you can build an attractive and reliable gazebo for summer cottages made of wood. However, the design can be quite complex. Wooden buildings look pretty solid and attractive.

The construction of such a gazebo requires the preparation of the following materials:

  • timber 100x100 mm;
  • sheets of roofing material;
  • self-tapping screws;
  • slats;
  • edged board.

In addition, it is necessary to prepare such tools - a screwdriver, a circular saw, electric planer. Such a gazebo is equipped with a small cubbyhole where a brazier will be installed. This solution allows you to make the gazebo comfortable and safe.

It is better to build such structures at a distance from a residential building. Thanks to this, the house will be protected from smoke, and people in it will not hear the noise.

Construction of a wooden structure

To figure out how to make the simplest gazebo with your own hands, you need to understand in detail the features of such buildings. This will ensure the longevity of the summer shelter. Stages of building a gazebo:

The walls are sheathed with blockhouse elements or clapboard. The roof is covered soft tiles... A gazebo for a summer residence, which is being built with your own hands, can be done with any interior decoration... Subsequently, the gazebo is painted outside and inside. It is better to choose colors that match the overall style. colors buildings on the site.

Country buildings in most cases do not require frills and aesthetics. Quite enough comfort and practicality. That is why today we will consider budget options for gazebos that you can implement on your site with maximum savings in money and time.

The main thing is to avoid THESE consequences in the pursuit of a budget.

First of all, we will consider photos of inexpensive summer cottages.

At the end, construction instructions will be provided budget gazebos having brick foundation and a frame made of edged boards.

When the purchase price is at the forefront, it is usually difficult to choose anything. Either the quality does not suit, or the materials are "collective farm", or you cannot look at the building without tears.

Dark wood

In view of this, there are a lot of options, but there are few sensible ones. We tried to select all the best in terms of price, quality and appearance, but this is our subjective opinion, which may differ from yours.

We give preference to inexpensive wooden buildings (100 to 100 timber or edged board), with the simplest foundations and inexpensive roofing. Depending on the size, the price varies up or down. Small buildings will always cost much less than large ones.

The rectangular shape of the building involves the installation of pillars around the entire perimeter. For this, satisfied thick boards are used (it is best to use "fifty") in the amount of seven pieces.

It is assumed that the entrance to the gazebo will be on only one side, so the second will be covered with a cladding.

Roof and roof installation

Gable rafter system can be collected on the ground, then lifted up and secured. Either all the work should be done at a height, but it is advisable to prepare the material in advance anyway.

Start laying the floorboard

The floor was painted in green color that will wear off over time. It is recommended to process the entire wood material antiseptic to delay the decay process for several years, and only then cover with paint.

The most affordable and easy-to-use material is wood. In a few days, you can assemble the base, frame and roof of the gazebo from it. In passing, we note that a support frame made of timber, for which a columnar foundation is required, is not required for a budget gazebo.

A light canopy can be built without it by burying oak or larch posts in the ground 40-60 centimeters. To increase the resistance of wood to decay, the ends of the pillars are treated with bioprotection or simply burned over a fire for 5 minutes. After such heat treatment, the service life of the racks increases significantly.

Whoever objects to this option, let him remember history wooden architecture in Russia. In those days, not only simple log cabins, but also boyar houses were built on wooden columnar foundations.

A cheap gazebo can do without a plank floor. To do this, the area allocated for construction must be covered with fine gravel mixed with sand and tamped well. If you want to place the gazebo on the lawn, then there is no need to remove the turf. Soft grass underfoot - no artificial turf can replace it. Sunlight for normal growth of plants under such a canopy, it is enough, and rare watering of the "living floor" will not bother you.

Inexpensive wooden gazebo can be made not only from lumber. If you are going to cut a couple of old fruit trees, do not rush to let them into the wood. Parts of the trunk of an apple or pear, cherry plum or cherry are excellent stands for a summer cottage.

A picturesque frame made of trunks will look great under a roof made of wooden planks... To ensure tightness, thinner boards need to be stuffed on the seams between them, and then cover the entire roof decking an indelible antiseptic. As foundation posts, you can use hemp, uprooted after cutting the trees.

Have good master there is no waste. Therefore, all the commercial wood (boards and trimmings of logs) left over from the construction of a log house can be successfully used for the construction of a summer cottage.

Metal is expensive, we only use it for racks

Anyone who is used to doing everything thoroughly can abandon wooden posts for the frame and buy four square steel pipes (50x50 mm, wall 3 mm) of suitable length. Even without pouring a concrete columnar foundation, they will stand in the ground for at least 20 years. To save money, the roof strapping, rafters and the lower stiffening belt in this case can be made from wooden bars, attaching them to the pipes with self-tapping screws.

A more expensive capital option is drilling wells for installing cuttings of an asbestos-cement pipe with a diameter of 100 mm, pouring it with concrete and installation wooden frame we do not rule out. You can use it if you want to make a plank floor in the gazebo, raising it from the ground surface by 15-20 cm.

For installation on grass lawn the national team is optimal metal gazebo... If you are satisfied with the price, then feel free to buy such a structure and put it on the site.

Two pipes and a piece of fabric - the gazebo is ready!

Continuing the "trumpet" theme, we will give another example of an inexpensive gazebo. Two bent pipes and a piece of sturdy fabric are all that is required to make an original summer shed.

The fabric canopy replaces both the roof and the walls here. It can be moved to any side, adjusting the degree of illumination in the gazebo and covering it from wind and rain. A stationary table and benches are not needed here. But the kit is portable country furniture will come in handy.

Considering materials suitable for the construction of an inexpensive gazebo, one cannot help but. From it you can make not only the roof, but also the walls of this structure. By bending a sheet of polycarbonate in the form of an arch and fixing it on a light frame, we get a "barrel" gazebo - a popular a budget option for giving.

The roof of the gazebo is the head of everything!

An inexpensive roof for a light canopy can be made from metal, polycarbonate, boards or asbestos-cement slate... All of the above materials are easily and quickly mounted on a metal or wooden frame.

Those who want to build an original shingle or reed roof over the gazebo will first have to carefully study the technology and the nuances of its installation.

At competent installation wooden and thatched roofs will last 10-15 years without replacement.

Side railing - lattice or fence?

Having dealt with the foundation, pillars and roof of an inexpensive gazebo, you can go to its side fence. Cellular polycarbonate will be one of the most profitable options here.

Except him, garden gazebo may have fences made of openwork wooden lattice. It is attached to the frame pillars and the roof top trim.

If you plant climbing plants (grapes, ivy or hops) next to such a structure, then in a few years the summer cottage will look very picturesque.

Nature will generously fill an inexpensive frame made of wooden blocks with beautiful green "curtains" and will more than reward you for your efforts.

The side fence of the gazebo can be built from straight, not very thick branches using the technology of village wattle. They are woven between steel racks of thin pipes or ready-made branch "screens" are made and fixed on the main frame.

Can't build a cheap gazebo? Grow her up!

Despite the strange sound of this call, the cheapest gazebo is not built, but grown. For this, you can use willow seedlings. This tree is distinguished by its high growth rate and flexibility.

Anyone who wants to build a gazebo cheaply and can wait until it grows up should plant willow branches around its perimeter in the fall (diameter 5-15 mm, length 2-3 meters). This is how you take the first step into organic architecture... This fashionable trend is actively developing today not only in the West, but also in Russia.

By tying a kind of spatial frame from living branches, you will only have to control their growth and periodically cut willow shoots growing inward and outward.

3-4 seasons and your dacha will be decorated with a free living building, and neighbors will begin to come for advice and bring friends on excursions.

We will consider the most "expensive" option for building a summer cottage, its main stages and the total cost of materials.

As already mentioned, the most expensive design is the one that costs columnar foundation, has a wooden support frame and a plank floor.

Its construction includes several stages:

  1. Marking of points for drilling wells for pipes;
  2. Drilling with a manual pit auger 4 wells with a diameter of 150 mm and a depth of 60-70 cm;
  3. Cutting an asbestos-cement pipe "weave" into pieces and installing them in pits;
  4. Installation of reinforcing bars with a diameter of 14-16 mm in pits. From one end they need to be threaded to attach the frame;
  5. Concreting columns for the upper cut;
  6. Marking, cutting and installation of support frame beams;
  7. Plank flooring;
  8. Installation of pillars of the gazebo frame;
  9. Installation of timber top strapping and roof rafters;
  10. Installation of roofing (polycarbonate, metal, slate);
  11. Manufacturing of side rails from wooden battens.

An approximate estimate for materials for the construction of a budget gazebo with a size of 2x2 meters looks like this:

  • Cement M500 - 210 rubles. (1 bag);
  • Small crushed stone - 60 rubles (1 bag);
  • Sand - 200 rubles (3 bags);
  • Reinforcing rods diameter 14 mm, length 0.8 meters, 4 pcs. - 96 rubles.
  • A beam (section 10x10 cm) for a support frame, frame racks and roof straps - 1440 rubles. (0.3 m3 at a price of RUB 4,800 / m3);
  • Edged board for the floor - 720 rubles. (0.12 m3 at a price of 6,000 rubles / m3);
  • A bar for the roof frame, lathing and side fencing - 672 rubles. (0.14 m3 at a price of RUB 4,800 / m3);
  • Sheet material for the roof (8-wave slate) - 960 rubles. (4 sheets of 240 rubles / sheet);
  • Self-tapping screws for wood - 380 rubles. (2 kg at 190 rubles / kg).

Summing up all the costs, we get 4,738 rubles. Such an approximate amount will cost you the manufacture of a summer cottage.
